I would like to inform you about the ,DRDO Employees ,chandipur ,These are job in central govt. sector ,But they do not work properly are also job in private sector likely ,some are insurance agent ,Travel agent ,you know also very well and curruption is not limit in their.,some person who is involve and I want to give the name one is Mr. N.C.Mahapatra and another is Mr. Anjay Singh , both are DRDO Employees ,chandipur ,Balasore ,ODISHA (PXE),pls veryfication all these employees .
Therefore ,I want to request to you take the necssary action of these employees.

A Defence Lab Breached?
- The High Energy Materials Research Lab (HEMRL), Pune, has outsourced the production of TATB, an explosive, to a private firm, Viswaat, with which an ex-director of HEMRL is associated
- The firm does not have a licence to manufacture explosives
- Worse, the workforce—which does not have intelligence clearance—enters the HEMRL facility to carry out the work
- Local auditors have questioned payments, attendance records etc
- Based on anonymous complaints and these audits, the CBI is investigating all work undertaken by Viswaat Chemicals

NEW DELHI: After public bickering among Cabinet ministers, here comes the sharp divide in the defence establishment.
With PM Manmohan Singh, defence minister A K Antony and others watching, the faultlines that underlie the embittered DRDO-armed forces relationship erupted into plain view on Wednesday.
Defence Research and Development Organisation chief V K Saraswat, speaking at the National Technology Day awards function, tore into the armed forces for failing to overcome their “temptation” to induct the latest weapon systems from abroad.

FAA Reply for SF Jagdalpur RTI Appeal

Dear SFcian friends from Jagdalpur,
After receiving of the denial of RTI request by CPIO, DRDO, I appealed the matter to Appellate Authority as expected by us the denial of Appellate Authority, DRDO received by me.
As you already know about Dr Arun Kumar, DOP, DRDO, he is the one of the most corrupt official of DRDO and he is the total responsible for downfall of the DRDO. He is the man behind the all manipulations to uplift the incompetent and corrupt officials of DRDO, their promotions, their posting, their extensions, their illegal financial benefits all matters are taken care by Dr Arun Kumar but question is up to which date because everyone very well know if somebody doing illegal activities it is limit and one has pay for that.

The reply of my RTI related to SFCian issue was denied by DRDO Hqrs under the shelter of Schedule- II of RTI Act 2005.
As per section 19 of RTI Act 2005 I have appealed to DRDO Hqrs appellate authority and as you very well know that he is deaf & dumb for humanity issues and only act fast on personal issues in which he has some personal interest. So reply is known but we will take this issue up to supreme authorities.

Shameful day for DRDO. Five employees jailed

It is shameful day for DRDO because five employees were sent to jail yesterday evening for the fault which was purely generated due to irresponsibility of then Director IRDE Sh.JAR Krishnamurti.
Please remember the fatherly role played by the directors of DRDO labs like Sh Naryan Rao, Dr RP Shenoy, Dr E Bhagirath Rao, Dr R Hidyanath, the stalwarts of yester years. They were not only administrative head but behave as father/guardian figure and even family problem of colleagues were taken care by them.
The modern directors are selfish lot, they are bluffers and they always look for easy flow of money by any means in their pocket. Sh Sundarm when he joined as Director, IRDE, he would have to take corrective measure to solve the issue in front of his table. But he was only busy on TD see the data. The ignorance of small problem of union conflict was now gave a big shame for elite scientific community of DRDO.
The condition of DRDO is deterring fast and I wish that from technical leadership you will also work for the cohesive environment of DRDO.
In my school days I was taught two stories which is relevant today and you might have read this but I have prefer to share with you as you are commanding DRDO you should know the faithfulness of your surroundings.
“There was four friends, a blacksmith, a tailor, a goldsmith and a pandit. They belongs to village and were going to earn money in the cities. While in journey they had to cross a dense jungle area. They decided that during night the first quarter from 6-9 will be guarded by blacksmith, 9-12 by tailor, 12-3 by Goldsmith and 3-6 by pandit. The blacksmith had to pass the time when other taking rest, he cut a wood piece and made a beautiful doll, the tailor in his turn made a beautiful dress, the goldsmith in his turn decorated the doll with ornaments. The pandit when he woke, he saw the beautiful doll and performed a puja. The doll become alive and converted into beautiful girl”
The story says that four people from different field were master and they have respect for each other. That’s why they were able to deliver the perfect output.
DRDO in which you are commanding people don’t have respect for each other. We malign the image of scientific and technical community.
Second story “ A guru asked his disciples to bring a glass of milk, when they come to next morning to school. Every disciple thought that how any one notice if he carry a glass of water, because other will bring pure milk.. as result the earthen pot which have supposed to be filled with milk was now filled with water. Guru showed the earthen pot to every disciple and said that this is the truth.”
The story says that the everyone is cunning and they have not respected of truth.
In DRDO you are surrounded with such truthful scientist and technical experts. Who have least respect for the nation, they least bothered for national security, the tax payers money are paid to give milk, but every expert contributing glass of water. Yes something is flourishing i.e. corruption, nepotism, castism and regionalism. DRDO is now master in misappropriation of fund and misinterpretation of Government rules.
I have written to you several letters that I am a whistle blower and informed the Government agencies time to time the ugly act of Dr.AS Bains, then Director DEAL and his close associates. The successive directors including DRDO Hqrs bolster and openly helped/protect the culprits.
You are surrounded by the criminal elements who helped Dr.Bains to commit crime.
To save the DRDO do something big. Best of luck
