Subject: Complaint regarding qualification entry in service books & recruitment through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) without having required qualifications in DEAL, DRDO, Raipur Road, Dehradun.

With reference to above following individuals serving in DEAL, DRDO, Raipur, Dehradun in different post did not have recognized diploma /degree in respective field. The DEAL management unconstitutionally added their qualification without proper verification and violated CCS (CCA) rules 1965. The added qualifications in service book of individuals were duly audited by JCDA on regular basis.
In one RTI reply according to DRDO Hqrs the individuals submitted their respective qualification certificates are not recognized by apex bodies of Government of India. RTI enclosed for ready reference.
It is requested, the cases of following individuals of DEAL, DRDO, Raipur Road, Dehradun may please be investigate / verified as per norms of laid down rules of GOI and take appropriate action to stop their illegal financial benefits with immediate effect and also investigate the role of JCDA, Dehradun for their audit approvals in these individuals cases and fix their responsibilities on the subject matter.

DRDO and DRDO BOSS was very nonsense they are done support to fake document holder employee as per DOPT guideline take the action as per CCS rule & remove this type forge document man but boss eating corruption money so that he was not take any action.

ANOTHER BIG SCAM:- Recruitment of STA ‘B’ through LDCE Departmental exam is one of the most corrupted process in RCI. Candidates who are not competent either in Academics or in Profession are promoted. The selection process is only based on recommendation and bribes. Recently people working in DCMM got promoted to STA ‘B’ with fake certificates or invalid certificates (correspondence degrees not recoginised by UGC) . He did not obtain persmission to study B.Sc. or diploma through proper channel. In interview, he could not answer a single question but got promoted due to union pressures and high-level recommendations. How can a person promoted, who is ignorant of simple science terms even after working for years as technician or store assistant?
ok, if promoted as STA. why these peoples are working as store assistant or store related work, now they are STA for some technical work.
why they are doing working of payband 1900/- and withdraw 4200/-. if management want to take work as store assistant then why promoted these. give the right people the right job.

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has invited stakeholders and outsiders to file a complaint against any technical education institution indulging in any wrongdoing via Email.
Any complaint or grievance regarding any institution or about the visit of experts assigned with specific tasks pertaining to the institutions can be brought to the notice of the AICTE through emails at aictevigilance@gmail.com.
According to AICTE officials, the vigilance awareness move will enable the governing body to have eyes at the grassroots, as well as get direct access to information that the institutions will never part with on their own.
“The AICTE aims to ensure that institutions function as per the norms and guidelines that they have undertaken to follow at the time of getting an approval. Often, institutions tend to find loopholes and bend the rules to their convenience. These transgressions are not brought to the AICTE’s notice until there is some major issue or disagreement between the institution and the students, staff or stakeholders,” said the official.
“This step has a dual effect. While on the one hand it will help us keep a tab on the functioning of the institutions, on the other it will also work as an avenue for feedback about the various initiatives that the AICTE undertakes to improve the condition of the students,” added the official.

same is happening in INMAS Delhi also. here 2 persons were selected in STA ‘B’ through LDCE. one person holding the qualification which is denied by university it self that this admission was fake. how come a person obtained BSc who has not completed 12Th with commerce
