Helping DRDO by lifting sections which was imposed after Pokhran test, will definitely speed up the R&D activities in defence sector of India.

Under the guise of scientific manpower a few hardliners extended in DRDO and raising to level of Director, Chief Controller(R&D) a decision makers, they are helping the terrorist outfits operating across the border.

I informed the these anti-national activities to Indian Government agencies and also to the Honorable US Ambassador about illegal operations of such set of people  sitting in DRDO and as well as in US Soil.

Your lifting of sanction from DRDO in one side will help the Defence R& D sector and on the other side same set of people who were engaged directly or indirectly providing the route of financial aid to cater the terrorist activity.

The Kingpin is Dr. A S Bains, Ex-Director, DEAL, Dehardun clean shaved Sikh, holding British citizenship, came India in peak militancy period 1982 and joined DRDO in 1984 just before operation bluestar.
