DRDO implemented corporate culture and as CEO of this corporate you cannot deny that directors are not accessible to you. They work as independent authority. When it comes to avail the recommendation of central government, if it benefits them they honor you and obey you, otherwise the local rules they have made in all the 52 Labs.
Under SEPTEM the limited departmental exam were held to recruit the STA’ (Qualification is Diploma/B.SC for a recognized university/institution). Rajasthan Vidya Peeth provide degree/diploma without the personal presence of the individual and the reorganization of these course are under controversy. People are paying money and get benefited in DRDO by submitting these fake diploma/degrees.
There was rule in DRDO that when the written exam to use to held the results were declared on the following day and by evening the oral interviews used to decide the final selection to be display by evening to avoid the irregularities in recruitment this practice has been diluted the money has been played an important role people are minting money and selected only those candidate who had suitably fetched the money.
In IRDE Mr Chander Pal ( BPMS leader) when objected such irregularities. IRDE management taking care, however in DEAL, sh. R.C.Aggarwal being money oriented waited for fortnight until the fish was caught. – will you please ensure the fair selection mechanism so that DRDO grow with genuine manpower and will able to deliver proper product to services. – Jaihind

Please give honor to your name first, may be whatever you are saying about DEAL, i can’t comment, but for CEPTAM whatever you have said I am disagree. And I have doubt on your honesty as an RTI activist. As a new selected person through CEPTAM-03 Advt. I am an Example that CEPTAM is doing its good work without any hitch and greed. Last year my many friends got selected and this time my selection shows that CEPTAM is recruiting very fairly. If you are aware of any case of candidate who got selected on fake degree, you may tell that information to Director, CEPTAM and believe may he will take appropriate action.
So, please do comment on known facts only. Don’t go to flood. Say less but quality value things.

Thanks for your comment and congratulation for you slection in higher grade with fair manner. the aim of my efforts is to stream line the system, activate the dead woods of DRDO, remove the shell that every individual employee has the wisdom like you to say that every activity of DRDO is fair.
Dear, DRDO establish in 1958 since than the 52 labs with well defined charter of duties is working tiredlessly. One lab does not have co copy the work of other lab.This is due to dis simlar engagement.
Since begining of the lab either the lab is doing R&D in particular area or claim the successful demonstration of the concept. 25 years ago father of young scientist ‘B’ working in GTRE as scientist ‘C’in Kavery Engine. The Kavery engine has yet not been demonstrated to user., R&D is still going on. The technology has been proved But the father by the grace of almighty got a son who has joined in the same Kavery engin group as Scientist ‘B’ and he is looking forward for his son to work in same Kavery engine after 25 years. The three generation has one ambitious plan of survival but Sarfaraj think about the tax payers money. We are matured enough to deliver the child but when it comes to system development we are only technology demonstrator – just think.
