DRDO implemented corporate culture and as CEO of this corporate you cannot deny that directors are not accessible to you. They work as independent authority. When it comes to avail the recommendation of central government, if it benefits them they honor you and obey you, otherwise the local rules they have made in all the 52 Labs.
Under SEPTEM the limited departmental exam were held to recruit the STA’ (Qualification is Diploma/B.SC for a recognized university/institution). Rajasthan Vidya Peeth provide degree/diploma without the personal presence of the individual and the reorganization of these course are under controversy. People are paying money and get benefited in DRDO by submitting these fake diploma/degrees.
There was rule in DRDO that when the written exam to use to held the results were declared on the following day and by evening the oral interviews used to decide the final selection to be display by evening to avoid the irregularities in recruitment this practice has been diluted the money has been played an important role people are minting money and selected only those candidate who had suitably fetched the money.
In IRDE Mr Chander Pal ( BPMS leader) when objected such irregularities. IRDE management taking care, however in DEAL, sh. R.C.Aggarwal being money oriented waited for fortnight until the fish was caught. – will you please ensure the fair selection mechanism so that DRDO grow with genuine manpower and will able to deliver proper product to services. – Jaihind
