You know Director Fund, all Director of DRDO has own fund account in bank this fund use for party. different lab director has been setup own corruption method that they are not show . Mostly 75% public servant was totally corrupt no aim of research work , aim only corruption, DRDO mostly hide the CVC order regarding tender award

Dear sir, Congrats for one step further as one of the 4th pillar of the Nation i.e. Media has acknowledged your effort and understood the seriousness of your complaints. For such a bold step media too deserve a huge applause as it is media’s priceless support in your move for building a True Democratic Nation free of corruption for its common citizens. 2nd pillar of the Nation i.e. Legislature (Parliament & State Assemblies, etc) has passed the bills like RTI which was a big jump towards transparency of activities of all departments meant for serving interests of the nation and its people using poor tax payer’ money and for that the are salaried heavily as per recommendations of successive “Pay Commission”. Keeping this sprit all public departments should publish the information in respect of their activities. Today a common citizen is happily doing all it transaction online like bank transactions, ticket booking, passport, income tax, service tax, paying of there bills/ recharges etc. It is now time that the remaining pillars should support your move as per the constitution of our nation seeing the seriousness as following is obvious: The Director DMSRDE stated in his published statement: The complainant is a terminated employee of DRDO and the charges framed by are on the basis of misleading facts but he agrees below that the information is based on procurement information displayed on DRDO intranet which is the same system implemented in various DRDO labs The information regarding all procurements is available in DRDO intranet. Maintaining a transparent procurement system in DMSRDE as per policies is appreciable but at the same time this information is clearly showing that requirement of chemicals worth Rs 1.53 Crore was splitted into 22 demands on same day by MMG. these small demands are created as per requirement of various divisions Then what is the meaning of collecting these requirements from divisions by MMG for bulk purchase as it has wasted precious time of hardworking scientists in making first requirements then recompiling the same requirements by MMG, appears a management group, having no expertise of broad spectrum of specialized chemicals required. It might have initiated lots of queries by MMG from hardworking scientists causing further disturbance. a local dealer is not having its own Quality System and supplies the store paying the net costs to the principal manufacturer and supplies the same after incorporating his profits and overheads. Due to this reason DRDO has a set policy of Rate Contract for chemicals to ensure store of right quality at right prices with discount on the catalogue prices of reputed Chemical Manufacturer’s all aver the world. Having such small demands definitely caused loss of a huge amount as bulk quantity discount which might have offered by lowest bidder against open tender , avoided under which Defence Procurement Policy?
Last but not the least I add that The 4 pillars of Democracy will struggle a lot in making the biggest democracy of world better world & better future, free from corruption and other evils until a 5th pillar i.e. people of nation is not established and act as the centre axesl,on which whole of the universe exists. This 5th pillar proved its existence in previous year through Lokpal, Damini, and changeovers through out the nation. You and your or so called supporters are putting efforts in strengthening this fifth pillar which is stated as conspiracy of some scientist and corporate. This leaves a big ? for the whole nation.
