kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of issues of special concurrence of Ministry of finance/Deptt of expenditure in exemption of extant ban vide their ID Note No. No 18(2) /E.Coord)/ 2013 (84982) dated 28/05/213).

DRDO requested exemption on purchasing of vehicles total cost of Rs 2.23,00,000 (Two crore twenty three lakh only) against project Rustom -II and Phase – I development of Aeronautical Test Range (ATR). ADE. DRDO purchased 4(Four) Toyota Innova in the name of Remote Video Terminal Vehicle (RVT) and practically using those vehicle as Staff cars. 1. Copy of DRDO request for exemption on purchasing of vehicles against project Rustom -II and Phase – I development of Aeronautical Test Range (ATR). ADE
2. Copy of special concurrence of Ministry of finance/Deptt. of expenditure against DRDO request for above said project.
