Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 in respect of Smt. T Chandra Banu, Scientist F, DRDO Hqrs. A complaint No 1750/09/10 was sent to you by CVC regarding illegal appointment of Smt. T Chandra Banu as Scientist F by DRDO. CVC several time send advices for reverting of Smt. T Chandra Banu the matter is still pending in your end. Smt. T Chandra Banu will be retiring from the service on 30^th June 2014.

Information Sought

1. Provide the certified copies CVC advices in the regard of complaint No 1750/09/10.
