The stay order on recovery of Pay by CAT,Hyderabad issued on 21/06/2013 in O.A 727 of 2013 filed by All India DRDO Technical Officers Association & other Technical Officers is continuing.The stay vacation petition filed by mighty management was dismissed already.
Pl.find as attachment the plaint filed in CAT,Hyderabad by some of the erstwhile promotee Technical Officers/ TO’A’ requesting for stopping recovery and reduction of pay due to reduction of Grade Pay from Rs.4800/-to Rs.4600/-w.e.f 01/01/2006 and cancellation of promotion from STA’C ‘to TO’A’/ TA’C’ to TO. The hard earned promotion should be protected by placing in the next higher GP of Rs.5400/-.

The following cases filed by DTOA were dismissed
a) CAT,Principal Bench,Delhi O.A No.3593/ 2013 on 21/03/2014,
b)CAT,Chandigarh Bench O.A No.846/CH/2013 & O.A.No.060/00014/2014 on03/07/2014 and
a) CAT,Principal Bench,Delhi O.A No.3593/ 2013 on 21/03/2014,
b)CAT,Chandigarh Bench O.A No.846/CH/2013 & O.A.No.060/00014/2014 on03/07/2014 and
c)CAT,Hyderabad Bench O.A No.1155/2013 & O.A 461/2014 on 14/08/2014 etc.
So far there was no appeal against these judgments by DTOA and no stay was obtained in High Courts.Please extend legal support to them so that they can obtain stay in Delhi High Court.
The negative impact of these pronouncements will definitely be there on our CAT cases and they are also liable to be dismissed.
We have no other alternative except to continue legal battle in CAT & High Court to protect the interests of Tech.Officers.

Dear Friends,
Beware of wrong communication being posted that the cases filed in CAT, Hyderabad bearing OA 1155/2013 & 0461/2014 are filed by a group of 25 & 97 affected Technical Officers only. Not by DTOA as stated by the so called Technical Officer Mr.V.Krishna Mohan (DMRL).
It shows sheer lack of maturity, being one of the affected victim due to the withdrawal of Grade Pay of 4800. It is u and X misguided the affected Technical Officers.
The order passed in OA 1244/2013 was extended to all the applicants of OA 1155/2013 wherein the affected Technical Officers were not downgraded from 4800 to 4600 GP till the time of promotional pay fixation in the special reviews conducted for the years 2011,2012 and the regular assessment for the year 2013, and during the course of group meetings some of the affected technical officers has voluntarily came forward to file another case i.e., 0461/2014 during the course of hearings the learned counsel of respondent stated to the bench that the PB,Delhi has passed order on 21.3.2014. Let the order is received then only the further hearings can be heard.
The DHRD letter dated 31.5.2014 “On submission of PB,New Delhi Order the CAT cases at Chandigarh, Hyderabad be get dismissed”
Regarding the appeals in next judiciary, if u are not aware – be silent if u don’t know.
Like U and X, we are not that colleagues to disarm our own fraternity.
We appraised each and every issue right from beginning step by step.
Not like U ; U , some of the affected DMRLTechnical Officers and reprsentatives from other Units too attended the 14-15th June CEC meeting of DRDO Technical Officers Association HELD AT DOMS conference Hall, RCI, Hyderabad wherein a decision has been taken to file the Cases in CAT, Hyderabad.
No doubt we the Members of RCI TECHNICAL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, HYDERABAD will continue to achieve the legitimatly achieved promotions from STA’C’ (4600) to TO’A’ (4800) from 1.1.2006 to 2012 as per the SRO 296 of 2000. Following the withdrawal of Grade Pay 4800, the special reviews and regular assessments were conducted from GP 4600 to GP 5400.
It is U, you have projected that special reviews should be conducted from 2010 not from 2011.
It is RCI TECHNICAL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION Unit of DRDO Technical Officers Association represented the modalities issues our letter dated 27.5.2013 and then on subsequently sent several representations through proper channel.
You have not spelt out the current status of the case filed i.e., 727/2013 –
According to our known sources that on 19th and 27th November 2014 it has come for hearing for VACATION OF STAY.
Better be wise rather than spoil the career of the Technical Officers.
