This White Elephant is called DRDO. All expenditure on self only and output zero.
This a very small case our expert scientist in HEMRL Pune manage the limited tender for pet vendor.and open tender also fix . if any register vendor give the seven vendor name to demanding officer/ AD/GD/HOD/DD they are fix the tender. Our vigilance officer Sc ‘G’ also help in this matter.all limited tender fix for non register firm LPC also fix as per guideline large number of product present in GEM portal. one product available in open market cost 100 but purchase in LPC cost 30000 this is only for pet vendor of all scientist ‘G’ & E F. HEMRL PRO also expert in corruption he is run big corruption racket & print bill in his computer .
