Last year assessment list Dr. A K Singh name was added in third list for scientist G-H promotion. Since last more than 10 years he was engaged in only non scientific assignments.
Last year he was blessed by Sh Avinash Chander but now things are changed in DRDO.

He has good proximity with Dr R K Jain, because both scratches each other back.
More than 80 % believes in Dr A K Singh capability of manipulation as per them he will get or manage promotion.

if Dr A K Singh successes to get promotion then it means we have to fight with more strength to beat these kinds of corrupt officials.

Last year DOP AK Singh put on list of scientist who are called for G to H in DRONA in 3 lists, this he has done it, no one knows who are called including his name. No research from his side he should not be promoted. Another example Davkant Phad called for F to G in OS sitting in HQs showing others data he has been called and has fixed his experts as Dr Lokendra singh who is highly corrupted director. His major contribution is bio-digeter not even one is working in Odisa state recently installed.He is not using any bacteria using cow dong locally available or purchasing innoculam from Palampur institute. Major corruption being done by LokendraSingh is doing along with Mukash Agarwal scientist from DRDE Gwalior. They are to be exposed. All are interlinked in corruption. There is no positive correlation between the scientific work and promotion in DRDO at least. However a positive relationships is found between( chachagir & jack )and promotion.
Former Director of NPOL 10 AK singhs. Even after retirement he still manipulate, he blocked taken out science from the Lab. induced ego and fighting in the lab, By back stabbing many hard working scientists he cheated the nation.

Right Mr Ajay. Phad Singh came from Bangalore based non-LS lab to become director in LS lab. He know that LS is full of samples and if you flatter them then the job is done. L Singh is like that only. If you flatter him and arrange liquir for him, he will everything for you. I know you you will not bbe G but Phad Singh did the job while he was at LS HQ and also managed him as expert. Mukesh arranges liquir for him so he has arrange money from DRDE.

Lastec Lab Director Hari Babu Shrivastav has been purchased by vendor like Pathak. He is dancing on tune of Indu Gupta even before her completion of year she has been awarded scientist of year award.He is full time servant of not GOI but SS SUNADRAM. He has no quality to be the director.
