I was one of those who suffered endlessly in this. In 2013 I was abused and later offered an assignment after my superannuation by the Hon internal expert if I cleared the way for his esteemed candidate. the agony i suffered led me to an accident the following day in which i was almost killed!
I think, there are no need of scientists at DRDO Hq because they are doing only file work.
