There is good news – Finally Dr Arun Kumar , DOP, DRDO has been transferred.

Its not Arun Kumar alone who when as Director of RAC has got his daughter Swati appointed at Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS). A K Bansal (then Additional Director of RAC) got his daughter Dolly Bansal appointed as Scientist ‘B’ at Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) even before her PG certificate was issued by university. A K Bansal (as Joint Director of RAC) got his son Manish Bansal appointed as Scientist ‘B’ at LASTEC (now he is with Directorate of Personnel, DOP, where Arun Kumar was Director). Dr Mohinder Singh (when he was Director of DESIDOC (later he moved to DRDO Hqrs as Dircetor, Rajabhasha) got his daughter Archna Singh appointed as Scientist ‘B’ at Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR). Dr W Selwamurthy (Chief Controller of Life Sciences and former Director of DIPAS) got his daughter Geeta Selwamurthy appointed as Scientist ‘C’ (direct recruitment) at DIPAS. The list is endless. My anonymity requested.
Recruitment and Assessment Centre (RAC) is popular among DRDO Officers and Staff as ‘Relative Adjustment Centre’ due to its long history of nepotism.
In Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) two Senior Technical Assistants (STA) were recruited (permanent posts in DRTC cadre). The appointed were Sh.Vijay Yadav (Son of Sh. R K Yadav who is Technical Officer at DIPR Library), and Ms. Mona Mehta (Daughter of then Admin Officer Sh. K C Mehta). Later both the appointments were nullified by Court order.
The then Hindi Officer of DIPR Sh. K Dubey managed to get his son Sh. Sunil Dubey recruited & appointed as Hindi Assistant at DIPR before retiring from DIPR.
The former Admin Officer of DIPR Sh. Shyam Sunder is at present (as on date continuing) re-employed through contract at DIPR. He also has his son working as Scientist at DRDO HQrs. Are these all pure coincidences? Or symptoms of a nepotism problem?
This is very good job done by CVC , this is very great take up by CVC .
All the disputed recruitment done by DOP Arun Kumar should be cancelled immediately by Ministry of Defence. Also case which are taken by this website like Swati Srivastava, Geeta Selwamurthy , Manish Bansal, Dolly Bansal, Archna Singh, Dharmender kumar, Sh. Sunil Dubey needs to be examined by competent authority and teach lesson to these corrupt kin’s of corrupt bosses.
