As Dr Lokendra Singh, Master manipulator of DRDE who is fooling around Govt. and public at will in the name of Bio toilets going to retire a month a fresh proof of his Farzi Invention has emerged. Many scientists of DRDE pressed red button about genuinely of Gobar Toilets every now and then, even one of the scientist approached CVC about blowing out of proportion about very basic technique of bio gas production using cow dung and selling it to unsuspected Govt and public with investment of 1000s crores of public money (vide complaint no 16653/2014/Vigilance 9 dated 24/07/2014 & 27168/2014/Vigilance 7 dated 11/09/2014).
As per the recent article in NDTV an Engineer from Akola making biotoilets since a decade by using bacteria from cow dung and successfully installed 100s of such toilets in Maharashtra by just charging and recharging septic tank with bacteria from Fresh Cow dung. Arvind Dethe, the engineer developed bio-toilets or smart toilets that would cost only Rs. 6,000, using anaerobic bacteria but he never visited Maitri, Antarctica, who is not even a biologist, can the Govt ask this gentleman to fix the bio –toilet for public and railways or ask him teach the simple technique of bio toilet making to citizens enmass instead of simply allowing few companies under patronage of Dr. Lokendra Singh to eat public money.
In the complaint of senior Scientist of DRDE, the same point was mentioned in CVC complaint by DRDO scientist but none of his pleas were heard under mysterious circumstances instead he was shunted out and others such scientists are being harassed. Dr Lokendra Singh’s fictitious invention was being advertised by DRDO wasting crores of rupees in full page ad in all national papers. Time and again voice of concern was raised in various news papers but Govt is unfazed to prevent this huge magnitude of corruption in the name of science and technology. DRDO brazenly bluffed in the parliament about these so called toilets against question asked by one of the honorable Member of Parliament (UNSTARRED QUESTION NO-2498 asked by Honorable MP Shri Amar Shankar Sable Regarding unpleasant smell, using of cow dung in Bio toilets developed by DRDO)
DRDO dedicated (Lokarpan) these toilets two times and fooled the country. Honorable PM Modi ji requested to please put DRDO in your corruption free agenda in priority because every minute DRDO corrupt officials sitting in TOP pulling country down in defence technology race and interestingly this agenda maintain after retirement by sitting either government posts or with private organization, their sole aim to mint money till death.
It is high time for Hon. Prime Minister to set right things in DRDO and call for an independent enquiry into these bio toilets and order investigation into CVC complaint and take action against the perpetrators of the fraud.

What I understand is Govt is spending 100 Rs for a thing which can be obtained in 10 Rs. This matter should be reported to CAG
I fully agree with the above points. A competent high power committee, including Non-DRDO Scientists, CAG rep and CVC rep, needs to be constituted to investigate the matter. Further, mutual back scratchers from scientific comunity must be avoided.

There is another fake scientist in DRDE, Gwalior named Dr M. M Parida who got faster promotions by fooling the seniors and becomes Scientist G in very short time by sheer manipulation and fake research. He is heading Virology Division handover to him by another Oriya Scientist Dr AM Jana.
For the last many years, he is fooling scientists that I have developed LAMP technology and getting awards not from DRDO but also from other organizations like DBT, ICMR etc. Though this technique was developed by a Japanese Scientist where Dr Parida went for his post doctorate fellowship. In DRDE he is engaged in research for development of field deployable diagnostic kits of dengue, chikungunya, and other mosquito borne diseases and H1N1 or swine flu. But still now after spending several crores of rupees for the last 20 years he is unable to develop any such kit having even 80% sensitivity and specificity. Even he went ahead to declared that he has developed H1N1 kit and the then Prime minister Shri Man Mohan Singh ji also announced in Indian Science congress during his address. What a shameful act Mr Parida did? No true scientist will do this cheating with Nation?
You people see his boldness; he transferred dengue diagnostic kit technology to two companies through FICCI, New Delhi to M/s Tulip Diagnostics, Goa and Ranbaxy, Noida. When these companies did testing with pathogen, kit failed measurable. Companies lost confidence in DRDO technologies and asking their TOT fee to be return? What a loss to the image of the organization?
Not only this, when he again visited Japan in 2006 to meet his supervisor he covertly took Indian strains of dengue viruses and brought back four deadly foreign viruses in exchange without any permission from the Indian authorities and without any precaution. This is a criminal offence and need thorough investigations before those deadly viruses escape from lab and become threat to the Indian population. Whole DRDO knows who is corrupt , who is saki , and who is an uneducated under qualified agricultural fellow gaining monetary advances in DRDO under directions of his fellow desi daruas and everybody knows the reality of Jamun drink . You joined DRDE with a a PhD in Agricultural Microbiology from a small university from haryana with no basic knowledge of human pathogens and clinical micro biology. You don’t have basic knowledge about immunology neither you hold any degree to develop any diagnostic kits. You have got illegal re-appointment to higher grade without any relevant degree in Bioinformatics with conspiracy of Shameless K Shekar and Illavzhagan just to help Shekar in serving liquor and other comforts at DRDO guest house.
