Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect  of  Legal  Notice served by Advocate, Ismail M Musba, Chouta Associates, No 385, 5 Main Road, 11 Cross, Rajmahal Vilas, II Stage, Bangalore on behalf of Bharat Electronics Limited, represented by General Manager, HR, corporate Office by registered post dated 15-07-2019

1. Provide the name of sanction authority for hiring Advocate Ismail M Musba, Chouta Associates, No 385, 5 Main Road, 11 Cross, Rajmahal Vilas, II Stage, Bangalore for serving legal notice to Prabhu Dandriyal.
2. Provide the amount sanction for hiring Advocate Ismail M Musba, Chouta Associates, No 385, 5 Main Road, 11 Cross, Rajmahal Vilas, II Stage, Bangalore for serving legal notice to Prabhu Dandriyal.
3. Provide the fund head used for hiring Advocate Ismail M Musba, Chouta Associates, No 385, 5 Main Road, 11 Cross, Rajmahal Vilas, II Stage, Bangalore for serving legal notice to Prabhu Dandriyal.
4. Whether BEL take any prior approval for hiring Advocate Ismail M Musba, Chouta Associates, No 385, 5 Main Road, 11 Cross, Rajmahal Vilas, II Stage, Bangalore for serving legal notice to Prabhu Dandriyal  from  Ministry of Defence Production Yes/ No
5. If yes then provide the copy of such approval.
