Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of corruption complaints against Dr A K Saxena, Director, DMSRDE, DRDO, Kanpur & other officials with reference to your RTI reply No5/ DO (Vig) /RTI/2015 dated 13 May 2015 stated that complaints are under ministry and DRDO may approached for their reply on the subject.
- Provide the current status of complaints against Dr Saxena and other DMSRDE officials.
- Provide the copy of letters of CVO, MOD to DRDO with reference to above subject matter till date.
- Provide copies of replies received by CVO, MoD against above subject matter till date

Pl see the following tender document the tender manage by MMD department of HEMRL Pune Mr.B.G.Polke Sc ‘F’ manage for his pet vendor
Yes it is true MMD have own DG set but PG Polke manage the vendor for money practice.
Another tender manage by NK Shaha TO ‘C’ in security division HEMRL Pune. there is only one service office in HEMRL pune but tender for all unit he was manage public fund for corruption.

If you want to know how corruption has to be done without any fear than see the working of current director of DMSRDE Dr N E P. he is taking money from project leaders for his personal funds . he has nominated SMPP for technology absorption award with giving them any technology. he is handing over technologies to firm which are not capable.
he is running lab with the help of his wife and person going to his home with his family.
he is doing all type of corruption financial as well as ethical.but nobody can touch him coz he is having hands of DGHR and chairman in his head.
