This company BEMCO SLEEPERS LIMITED in the year 2006-07 had revised a sleeper order of 2,00,000 Pcs by a revised price excalation of Rs800 per sleepers and this was been influenced without putting the company any single ruppee penalties as per the Railway Tender and such inefficient contractor had manupulated his fake stake in some others name to save its loss of around 16 crores to Rs20 Crores and shifted or made the railways put into huge losses of Rs20 Crores.
This company Bemco Sleepers Limited is a big fraud company to the bankers and to the income tax by over billing purchase bills to show its company Balance sheet a loss company.
Over all such company and its group of company is a big fraud group ie Padia Timber Pvt Ltd and Bemco Sleepers etc… had also made inferior quality of Sleepers by using low quality of tensile Steel and inferior cement and made short supplies and many other serious fraud to the Railways and to the Nation.
