Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of Conference on Microscopy in Materials Science and Biomimetic Technology Feb 26-28 , 2015 at DMSRDE, Kanpur. It is observed that DRDO Hqrs is funded various lab to organised conferences and seminars for encourage and update the scientists of DRDO on relevant subjects. But unfortunately this good scheme was now using to get kickbacks from vendors and suppliers in the name of souvenirs, sponsor lunch, Diner etc. These so call seminar or conference organiser societies are mostly headed by DRDO lab directors. Secondly these activities are organised in DRDO labs premises and it is always golden time for antinational elements to explore the DRDO labs and its activities easily. There is no practice to screening the visitor of conference or seminar, the complete machinery whole heartedly involve with delegates instant registration and minting money as per Directors desire. No mechanism to check private parties delegate papers. It is also observed in various cases that for every conference or seminar director deputed his faithful person to open an account and authorised to use funds which they received from DRDO and as well as from vendors and sponsors.
- The total fund sanctioned by DRDO HQ to DMSRDE, Kanpur for organising the on ADVANCED POLYMERS, FIBERS AND FABRICS (APF – 2011) December 26-28, 2011.
- The fund sanctioned by DRDO HQ to DMSRDE, Kanpur for organising the conference on Microscopy in Materials Science and Biomimetic Technology Feb 26-28 , 2015 at DMSRDE, Kanpur.
- Academy of Microscope Science & Technology(AMST) is funded by DRDO.(Yes/No)
- If yes in para (3) then the total amount given to AMST by DMSRDE/DRDO till date
- Copy of DRDO Hqrs. approval to AMST for using DMSRDE premises for said conference
- SBI Bank account no of AMST Kanpur where DRDO fund was deposited for said conference.
- DRDO guidelines for DRDO labs for accepting funds from vendors, suppliers and other private parties.

such activities are plenty in NPOL kochi in last 6 years, Director look only his publicity, he had generated breed of young scientist and chamchas in NPOL for this purpose.
Dear Prabhu, have you ever in your life presented any paper or attended any conference? Have you ever organised any conference? Have you ever raised funding for any conference? Why do you smell a rot in an event which is yet to be conducted?
It is very good article, mostly this type of done by all Director of lab.In DRDO AROMI facility as British culture, Only scientist eligible for entry in AROMI Mess for eating & dirking a wine, If scientist was not a Army or other ranking officer but they are acting as ranking officer, as per flag code of India not any type of flag for director car and nor Red light authorized by MOD to director of all lab they are use own rule for own lab like as a father’ property.
Saxena and KN Pandey are collecting funds from vendor in name of vasooli by assuring them that DMSRDE will give them supply orders. The demand from Saxena ranges from 1 Lac to 5 Lac.Loot Hi Loot ho Rahi hain , conference ke naam pe, Prabhu Ji kuch karo is Saxena Ka. Bahut bada lutera he yeh.

In conference of Microscopy in Materials Science and Biomimetic Technology Dr. Saxena nominated duo of two brother sister in Advisory Committee, what kind of advices from Dr. AK Singh & Dr. Sashi Bala Singh will be expected in this conference being Life Science person , while the chief patron DR. A. Chander has been terminated. Might be they advise Dr. Saxena to make Chief Patron of the conference to Yoga Guru DR. W. Selwamurthy in place of Dr. Avinash Chander.

How to harass whistle blowers, like they are harassing Dr Gausal Khan, Sc D, DIPAS. Now days due to Dr. Sashi Bala Singh DIPAS converted into political arena. Dr Mujumadar v/s Dr Shashi Bala Singh both forgot the science and busy with lobbying against each other with all their resources.
