kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of enclosed complaint under PIDPI

1. Please provide the certified copy of CVC policy or rules in which it is mentioned that action cannot be taken on complaint under PIDPI without disclosing the name of complainant, if complainant, complaint one point from rest of his complaint to another authority.
2. Please provide the certified copy of noting, approval for enclosed CVC letter in which Sh T P Sharma, Under Secretary asked for NOC from complainant to disclose his name and said that without disclosing it is difficult to take action.
3. Please provide the certified copy of orders or instructions if any to deal with complaints related to PMO.
