Subject: Corruption Report in DRDO during recruitment of JRF
Respected sir, I had appeared in the JRF interview at DIHAR lab of
DRDO at chandigarh on 04/03/2015.There were 24 candidates for the
Single position of JRF. As i had approched the chandigarh branch for
the query of decleration of result, they said call at leh branch. As i
had called the leh branch they said there is issue from delhi and your
name is not in the list. I dont know what kind of issue from delhi? If
there is single position of JRF than what kind of list they are
disclosing after half an hour of recieving phone call. I had attached
copy of my CV and recording of conversastion during interview. I think
you must look into the issue and also visit the link i had pasted
They are busy in recruiting their relatives and daughters even though they have flushed out the top priority of the country.
Every where in DRDO Selwamurthy , Arun Kumar, RK Jain & AK Singh type of Scientists are holding Director post, then how can any body fair selection in any nature of recruitment in DRDO.
If you wish to get entry in DRDO then manage Rupya, Jugad/Jack, Daru Saru …., otherwise don’t waste your time & money.

Sir, recently in DESIDOC, Delhi, Ms Sarita, daughter of a Stores Officer ( formerly in same office) is appointed as JRF in March 2015. Surprisingly she is simply B Tech and even not having essential qualification (NET/GATE qualified) which is essential requirement for JRF as per revised requirement . Organisation should clearly disclose in their advertisement that out sider may please ignore as the post is reserved for kith and kin of officials in power. Prabhu Sir, please investigate the recruitment of JRF in DESIDOC. Interviews were held on 16 March 2015 and there was no written test conducted to short list the candidates. Only few candidates were called for the interview. Post was advertised in Newspaper advertisement no. DAVP 1030/11/0485/1415,
This is a reality. I think govt. has to clean it.,

How to move ahead and whom to approach for investigation in this case. Can matter be reported to DRDO vigilance/ Central Vigilance commission ? Its absolute injustice to all young talented and deserving aspirants.

Everwhere it is same. In DRL Tezpur chosen candidate picked for JRF. Investigation require.

This happens in all DRDO lab,not only JRF even many STA Posts are reserved for kids of employees.

Those current scientists of DRDO who are of Scientist D cadre not even willing to give a contract job for a rightful person stating that the so called resume is ordinary. I really dont know what blatant people are they. They dont deserve the designation scientist, instead favourist is more applicable. Kindly mention in rac.gov.in website, that the job vacancies are hereditary. Then we won’t waste our money and time in applying to those DRDO jobs. May this country defence products rot under DRDO
Everything is mainly because of the injustice caused to merit htrough language and caste based reservation policy which no country in the world practises. What can we do if some one in the past has done something wrong ? For that sake is it justified to destroy general merit once and for all ? If god would have existed he would not have allowed this to happen. Where and whom do we contact for reference and recommendation ? Merit should be the only criteria for selection of the candidates for all posts whether temporary or permanent so that tax payers money is not wasted for the so called special category people who get jobs, promotions, land, jewels, etc without doing any work.
