Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of DRDO Awards 2016 vide letter No DOP/02/25003/DRDO Awards-16/M/01 dated 9 May 2017
- Certified copy of recommendation letter issued by Director, DMSRDE, Kanpur to DRDO HQ (thru DG NS&M) regarding DRDO Awards 2016 based on which Ms SMPP, New Delhi got Defence Technology Absorption Award from DRDO for the year 2016.
- Copy of the letter along with support documents forwarded by Director, DMSRDE for nomination under DRDO Awards 2016 based on which DMSRDE, Kanpur awarded with Titanium Trophy.
Note : DEFENCE TECHNOLOGY ABSORPTION AWARD
(Rs. 5 lakhs each, not exceeding 2 awards)
To be given to best industries (public/private) which have taken active part in productionising the systems developed by DRDO.
Nomination to be given by Lab Directors/Members DRC

This is just to inform that as per our prime minister dream that no bribe or corruption should involve all things shall be transparent but sorry to say that in DMSRDE Kanpur both things are going on because we feel that director is maximum time out of DMSRDE And unaware that person who has got so cause notice as well as called by CBI N.DELHI For investigation then also he is being awarded HEAD MMG (purchase department) post with same position due to which he has got so cause notice we feel director is totally blind or he has no knowledge that person who is culprit should not be given same post until unless inquiry is completed head MMG can misuse documents which are against him it is black spot for prectigious director.
Secondly all persons who have got so cause notice are being awarded with good position with putting proper butter to director atleast director is so senior and he should think all this before giving prectigious post to anyone previous head mmg was also unable to utilise complete budget alloted we are unable to understand that when they don’t know how to make purchases for research product then why such type of HEAD MMG is appointed and blocking DRDO budget .
We all feel some other director is running lab not Dr.N.Eswar prasad is running DMSRDE because N.eswar prasad was different with whom we worked too much previously in Hyderabad,
We are working with DMRL what a fast working and process is done it is ultimate purchases done transparent within due time but sorry to see that DMSRDE was the worst experience we saw purchase head wants some or other obligations it is shame for director DMSRDE Purchases done in DMSRDE is worst as well as payment situation is most worst that is why many vendors have stopped participating in DMSRDE tender because of many obligations are required during purchases which we all vendors can’t fulfill stomach of purchase department.
It is requested by DGNSM that he should intervene and take progress report of all projects purchases and work from Director DMSRDE every week, because he is responsible for these projects as a project leader.
Director is interested in cultural activities instead of doing research work for which Indian govt is paying him salary
NOW WE WILL SEE IF ANY ACTION HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN BY DGNSM THEN WE WILL HAVE TO REPORT COMPLETE DETAILS WITH PROVE DIRECTLY TO PMO OFFICE WHICH KINDLY NOTE.

He is collecting money in the name of HEMSI 2017 registration , and new order through limited tender and fix order confirmation, clearence of inspection note and TOT’s Most finance manager Vigilance Officer SM Pande Sc ‘G’ HEMRL left hand of director HEMRL most corrupt officer he is know who to manage the limited tender to his pet vendor.
No action was taken and no action will be taken against any corrupt directors. award of technology absorption award is given to company who never absorb technology. titanium trophy is given to DMSRDE without any performance . this all done on false statement made by director and manipulation and HQ level.
