Heard both parties.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 states that the report of the Fact Finding Inquiry is ready and the same will be filed in a sealed cover during the course of the day.

Strange thing of this case is no above mentioned respondents Advocates were physical present there.
Second is the request of respondents no.1 to 3 for submit the report of Fact Finding Inquiry will be filed in a sealed cover.
It itself proves that DRDO afraid to show the fact finding committee reports because the corruption will be expose or manipulation in fact finding inquiry will be expose.
Same report is also asked by Loksabha unstarred question no 6929, any how matter will going to expose either by High court or by Loksabha.
Arvind Saxena ke bure din start ho gaye hai. Right from Parliament to South Block, Google to Media and DRDO HQ to Hon’ble High Court Arvind Saxena is only issue. Poora MOD ab Saxena ko bachane mein lag gaya hai. Guess Why?
Hon’ble Defence Minister cheated to Parliament in reply to parliament Q. No. 6929 asked in May 2015 by saying that he is collecting FFIC Reports and Complaints against Head of DMSRDE, Kanpur while in Daily Order of HC, Delhi dated 27.05.2015 , it was accepted by lawyer of respondents that Fact Finding Inquiry Report is ready and he is submitting it today in sealed cover envelop.
When report & complaints was ready with DRDO & MOD then why Defence Minister not submitted FFC Inquiry Report of DMSRDE to Parliament.
PDD Sir, you have done commendable job and you write to Hon’ble Prime Minister , Speaker of Lok Sabha and two Member’s of Parliament who raise the P.Q. 6929 in Lok Sabha about how Defence Minister bluffed the Parliament and he is protecting Arvind Saxena , Director, DMSRDE instead taking action against him.
Million Dollar Question is now why Defence Minister and MOD is protecting Corrupt Arvind Saxena and other Corrupt officers of DMSRDE.
Who is behind it ?
Is this the policy of Government to protect and promote the corrupt officers and punish the honest?
Simplicity does not guarantee Honesty. If somebody get in queue to take railway ticket or boarding pass or put sleeper or wear open shirt or travel in economy class … then he can’t prove his honesty as per PC Act 1988.
Honesty can live without simplicity.
Honesty is not just the best policy for simplicity, it is the only policy. True simplicity is unattainable without it. And that’s the truth.
