The learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 states that the report of the Fact Finding Inquiry is ready and the same will be filed in a sealed cover during the course of the day.

Strange thing of this case is no above mentioned respondents Advocates were physical present there.

Second is  the request of respondents no.1 to 3 for  submit the report of  Fact Finding Inquiry will be filed in a sealed cover.

It itself proves that DRDO afraid to show the fact finding committee reports because the corruption will be expose or manipulation in fact finding inquiry will be expose.

Same report is also asked by Loksabha unstarred question no 6929, any how matter will going to expose either by High court or by Loksabha.

As everyone aware that lot of complaints was filed against various Lab heads, but somehow DRDO management managing to protect these corrupts.

The case of CEPTAM, Director, Sh Rajesh Goyal’s  SMS scheme, Dr A K Saxena , Director, DMSRDE is on the top of corrupt scientists list, So called Prof. Dr M P Kaushik, ex Director, DRDE, regarding procurement of 100 cr ICAD Chempro100i Make: Environics, Dr A K Maini, Ex Director, LASTEC regarding fire scam of Coil Laser facility worth Rs 21 Cr, Dr. Lokendra Singh’s farzi claim of Bio digester, Director, DRDE Dr Vijay Veer minting money in the name of high altitude vegetables, Dr Shashi bala, Director, DIPAS looting in the name of improving the health condition of our jawans in extreme condition,  (Super audit report), Dr K Tamilmani companies exposed by CAG on LCA issue, Dr K D Nayak, Burman minting money in the name of customized PC from Tata powers etc. Dr Hardwar Singh legacy still running in the name of GOCO, Dr Shubhananda Rao, Resin Allied, Dr Guru Prasad Silver Rath even not going to save him, Ms Tessy Thomas appointment as Director, ASL and her husband appointment with tailor made recruitment snatched the SA post from Sh Avinash Chander.

There several cases are pending in the name of inquiry is going on ……

Now hope Parrikar sahib will going to take seriously all complaints of

Sir,                                                                                                                                                               DRDO having unlimited example of manipulations in recruitments of scientists because of RAC. In beginning of 2000  when Dr W Selvamurty managed the post of CC R&D (HR) inspite of life sciences man which is not the core of DRDO. He create all nonsense in HR, promotions/postings/ recruitments are become business in DRDO.

The result was DRDO involved in lot of court cases till date DRDO paying his all mischiefs and his groomed scientists are sitting in various important posts and carrying all manipulations  like Dr A K Singh, DOP and Dr R K Jain, Director, RAC. The chelas of   Dr W Selvamurty squeeze DRDO in all means these adventures were sensed by ex defence minister and recommended CBI inquiry and advice recruitment of scientists  should again given to UPSC.

Sir, in your reply of question No 789 in Loksabha that DRDO having shortage of more than 1200 scientists. It is wrong input supplied by DRDO in each and every lab more than 30% scientists are involved in admin allied work means almost 1800, the best part is that for financial benefits they shows the scientific contribution and it is totally false it can be verified anytime.

Sir, lot of scientists are not having work of their expertise and they are posted only for satisfaction of ego of Directors,DGs, DOP etc.
