Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of my letter to Prof. Dinesh Singh, Vice-Chancellor dated 7th December 2013. Regarding – Request for enquiry of fake experience certificate issued from Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Centre for Biomedical Research North Campus, Delhi University. Copy of letter is enclosed for ready reference.
- Please provide the date of receiving of above said letter.
- Please provide the copy of noting of Prof. Dinesh Singh, Vice-Chancellor on above letter.
- Present status of request letter.
- If any reply received from PROF. VANI BRAHMACHARI certify copy of reply.
- If any enquiry committee was constituted then name of chairman & members.
- If no action is taken by Prof. Dinesh Singh, Vice-Chancellor then copy of closer comment
The information sought in this RTI Application is pertaining to allegations of corruption and as such not exempted u/s 24(1) of the RTI Act.
