it is observed that in DRDO all labs are procuring software worth crores of Rupees from poor tax payers money and most of software pirated or from open sources. As per reliable sources in some case new recruited scientist are soft targets for worn out senior scientists they exploit them to encourage to develop software modules and after development they procure same software procured in projects through their beloved firms.

The copy of Supply order and Receiving slip of software CD plus accessories are enclosed for your ready reference.
- Provide the certified copy of physical availability supplied CD plus accessories from JCDA representative.
- If available then provide the utilization certificate by DRDO Hq representative.
Note – the matter is related to corruption it is observed that in DRDO all labs are procuring software worth crores of Rupees from poor tax payers money and most of software pirated or from open sources.
