PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respect fully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to:-

i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to give directions to CBI to register cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act on the basis of information furnished by the petitioner contained in all the 12 complaints filed before the respondents (Annexure P-2 to P-13) and direct investigation in accordance with law; and

ii) issue such other writ, order or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case; AND

iii)    to award costs
