i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to give directions to CBI to register cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act on the basis of information furnished by the petitioner contained in all the 12 complaints filed before the respondents (Annexure P-2 to P-13) and direct investigation in accordance with law; and
ii) issue such other writ, order or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case; AND
iii) to award costs

For Tejas take-off, it’s now down to months, not decades

Def Project Under Threat Of Being Axed
India’s defence research and development establishment will have to fire on all cylinders to fast-track the meandering Tejas light combat aircraft, which is still not fully operational or combat-ready , if it does not want the Modi government to critically re-examine the entire project.
The Tejas project, in fact, may even get some competition in the lightweight fighter category . Defence minister Manohar Parrikar said “some other single-engine, lighter fighter“ other than the home-grown Tejas could also be considered for a `Make in India’ project to replace the obsolete MiG-21s.
Restricting the acquisition of expensive twin-engine French Rafale fighters to just 36 for now, instead of the original plan for 126 MMRCA (medium multi-role combat aircraft), Parrikar stressed he was trying to plug operational gaps in airpower by improving serviceability of “heavyweight“ Su khoi-30 MKIs as well as “pushing“ the DRDO-HAL combine to deliver Tejas faster.“Don’t compare Rafale, a topend fighter, to MiG-21s, which we will phase out in six to 10 years. The replacement for MiG-21s will be Tejas or some other single-engine, lighter aircraft.Tejas ki maar bhi kaafi hai (Tejas packs a punch) and it’s much better than a MiG-21, but has limitations,“ said Parrikar. Though some interpreted this to mean impending doom for the Tejas project, an official dismissed it by clarifying that the government was “just keeping all options open“ to make “numbers“ with the IAF , which is down to 34 fighter squadrons when 44 are needed. The original plan was that six squadrons each of MMRCA and Tejas would replace the existing 10 Mig-21 and four MiG-27 squadrons. Parrikar said, “In the next four to five years, we can add about six LCA squadrons if we push HAL, which I am doing.“
DRDO-HAL will need to be pushed on the Tejas project as it is critical for self-reliance in defence production. The first Tejas was handed over to the IAF on January 17 but it was in “initial operational configuration“, which signifies that it is air-worthy but not combat-ready .

I would request the ministry to stop all funds under miscellaneous head of DRDO,vehicle hiring under project ,construction work , estate funds and then we will see all corrupt senior directors will take premature retirements. Also to curtail funds on travel and all recruitment and assessment through UPSC/IIT only.
All hired vehicles are actually owned by the project team only. immovable property return details still not updated in drdo website despite govt warning. they are also declaring property purchased in current year and not total holding from appointment date.
mr saxena is now earning money with the help of his TSO . purchasing flates and building
