Following letter is received by website from Driver Association seeks the misuse of manpower and vehicles in ADE.
As you are visiting ADE Bangalore in coming days, please do needful appropriate action for the sake of organisation and as well for misuse of poor tax payers money.
enclosed letter fully exposed the misuse of manpower and resources of ADE and GTRE. recently The New Indian Express also covered the article regarding misuse of project vehicles as staff car. The Vigilance Directorate send a letter to all labs/estt as their letter no DVS/02/2052/P/26 dated 25 May 2015. (copy enclosed)
Interestingly, Bangalore DRDO establishment don’t bother such letters or Honorable Supreme Court Order not to put red beacon on cars. Dr.K.Tamilmani using, GTRE, Project Vehicle Toyota Innova, Sh P. Sri Kumar,Director, ADE using Toyota Innova purchased in the name of Remote Video Terminal, four Toyota Innova purchased in RUSTOM-II and one vehicle mysteriously handover to Mr Shanker, IFA deputed in Bangalore. The Toyota Innova met with accident so it is requested to initiate through inquiry for the misusing staff and project vehicles.

there is no rules for MTO post in drdo only own rule use by the director of the lab. 100% all lab director use the vehicle and also withdraw the transport allowance this is real truth in drdo but nobody can take the action on the corruption and corrupt. one case register in CBI

1. First Remove the DG’s who are on extension.
2. Do not give extension to any scientist whatever the rank/position held.
3. Directorship must be on rotation basis among the 3 senior most scientists.
In DRDE, all the vehicles are driven by the causal workers since last few years and as on today there is only one permanent Govt driver. In case on accidents who will be responsible for the damage to the Govt vehicle with army number?
It is really painful that right from top to the lowest level corruption has become the norm. Science which is based on honesty is the victim. How can we hope that Indian science will work in such conditions. I pray to the Lord to help this country else we will keep loosing good scientists to the foreign lands.
ask to MTO in Pune basic Lab HEMRL . This MTO manage each and every think through contract drivers.Transport Allowance also manage of the top level scientist in HEMRL.
why the Director HEMRL use the project vehicles for conveyance to residents to office. project vehicles for projects work. JCDA also no objection use of this corruption. Director HEMRL has not purchase any vehicles as staff car but own rule of MTO post providing corruption in transport allowance in HEMRL. fake transport allowance claims by the Director & MTO. CVC and DVS take the action on this fake MTO
Immediately remove reservation from education and jobs of all form. People who get everything and anything they want by making use of certificate at the cost of poor general merit candidates who are finding it very very difficult to land a job anyehere inspite of scoring infiniicte marks has to be looked into alleast now. There is no reward for merit and everything goes to those having certificate. Justise has to prevail and it can only be done by abolishing reservation and bringing merit into consideration.
