- Every day I am receiving letters from DRDO scientists who are witnessing the manipulations and corrupt practices of Dr A K Singh, DOP, and Dr R.K Jain, Director, RAC.
- Recruitment & Assessment Centre is basically working as derailing force for DRDO projects because recruitment of incompetents and promotions of again incompetents create frustrations among the deserve ones result is witnessing by country DRDO’s failure in each and every field.
- Sir, we believe that up to 2019 you are going to repeat same answers of delays of DRDO projects, right from LCA to …………
- Sir following letter is tip of iceberg of RAC, DRDO.
- Dr. Raju Brahma born in 14th December 1974 , joined DRDO in 2000 as Scientist ‘B’ and now in 2015 he become Scientist ‘F’ via shortcut.
- It is requested to investigate the role of Dr A K Singh, DOP, Dr R.K Jain, Director, RAC and Lt Gen Anoop Malhotra, Chief Controller R&D (R&M) on light of following letter.
- Dr. Raju Brahma appointment is fixing for SPIC and everyone in DRDO and MoD knows the SPIC’s adventures, it is kamdhenu for corrupt DRDO scientists.

In NPOL there are many, from 2007 to 2015 many such heroes have come up suddenly. But all are related or chellas to our then director. .
In ADE also, most corrupt and crooked fellows like APVS Prasad, Sc G and Y Dilip, Sc G who don’t have any grasp of organisation and appreciation of system level program handling have come up just like that to G level and their talk, language and body language are so vulgar that many seniors have firmly told another joker P Srikumar, who is sitting in the chair of Director and number one idiot and stooge of K Tamil + Money, DG-Aero that they can’t attend meeting if this rogue called APVS Prasad, Program Director of Rustom-2 is present. But, Tamil + Money needs him because APVS Prasad supply all liquor, money and wo… to this Tamil + Money and Deputy Finance Adviser M Shankar along with Innova vehicles procured under program name and taxis for family members. The staff of ADE has become so numb and shocked that even they can’t open their mouth. Unless this bugger Tamil + Money along with his chelas like above mentioned scientists, GTRE director Ram Narayan, CE, CEMILAC P Jayapal are thrown out of DRDO, I don’t think even god can save DRDO.
