People respected her commitment as their commitment, she become mass leader fought and win 1971 war, conducted nuclear test in Pokhran, the country declared Indira is India and India is Indira. No one dare to come across her decision for development issues like –

The coastal boundaries of India are shared by powers like USA/Russia/China they all are powerful nations having eye in Indian Ocean. To protect our coastal boundary we need good naval fleet .
Madam to communicate with submarine we need a further look into our capability of existing communication system, it is this reason I have been writing you, Prime Minister, Defence Minister and Scientific Adviser to Raksha Mantri to consider following scientific work of development
- Deep sea (400m-500m) submarine communication technology for mission mode operation
- Seizing & freezing the auto engine from a safe distance to counter fidayeen attack.
- Nuclear EMP hardened communication, guidance and Radar Systems.
