Subject: Corruption in SASE, DRDO, Chandigarh
Sir,
Some of DRDO scientists/officials are so expertise in corruption that they can squeeze money even from the scrap also.
Last year October 2014, SASE, DRDO tried to cleared his scrap material at J&K more than 100 tons.
The Firm M/s Jai Mata Trader, Chandigarh was awarded contract to lift the Iron scrap etc vide order no No MPG/Sale Order/2014-15/8212/01/Dis dated 17th July 2014.
The above order was given to lift 55000 Kgs @ Rs 23.92/Kg but as per SASE store records the vendor only lifted 37020 Kgs due to unavailability of trucks and labuors.
As per sources the six trucks loaded from scrap site out of six trucks, Five (5) trucks were caught and detained by J&K Police in Ramban Police station for the charge of overloading etc, the FIR was registered all formalities were done and case is pending in the court, J&K
M/s Jai Mata Trader, Chandigarh lifted 37020 Kgs and paid only Rs 907122.00 to SASE, DRDO Six trucks loaded (over loaded).
It means each truck lifted 6170 Kg scarp only then how can these trucks were detained by J&K police for overloading charges.
Sir, if DRDO weighing scale is such a way calibrated then you can imagine the fate of data we are receiving from SASE, DRDO, will our services march with these data, it is big question?
Sir, Sh Ashwagosh Ganju, Sc G, Director, Snow & Avalanche Study Establishment is new in corruption business but few of his aides are master in this field, the scale for judging individuals corruption capacity in DRDO is that the profile, if the person got so many DRDO in house awards without contributing anything like papers published in international journals /patents etc or member of Dr V K Saraswat’s favorite society. It means he possess the doctorate of corruption. In case of Sh Ashwagosh Ganju, he is only member of Dr V K Saraswat’s favorite society.
Sir, It is requested that please take a appropriate action to protect one of the important lab of DRDO which is very useful to combat natural calamities, but corruption is gradually percolate in SASE, will send you more after homework.

It is really pathetic to see that rather than focusing on specific issues, the website is being used to settle personal scores. The scientists named above have several research accomplishments. I also see that several of the information mentioned above are false and the person who has posted the comment wants to tarnish the reputation of the scientists.
I wish the website is used for better purposes rather than a forum of mudslinging and false allegations.
Who is right , who is wrong among all, Wheather the corruption matter is alllegation or true, its the matter of national investigation / vigilance agencies. Moreover organisational purchase is not the individual score, its the country’s score for grading the honesty, hard work as well as patriotism of the employ. Here word hard work used pertaining to % project funding went outside (with respect to % research activity by its own as the output of the purchase), resultant yield of these funds to the organisation. The real investigating/screening effect by true service (towards country) of Prime minister and Defence minister really seems to clear the india.

DIHAR got new Director Dr Bhuvnesh Kumar interestingly in single tender (only one application found fit and teo otjer rejected). Jai ho M..dalu bhiya. Apne khas admi ko to director bnana hi tha. Guru seba ka fal to milna hi tha. Now arunodaya project where no work, only meeting at tezpur after 2-3 months, picnic at arunchal pradesh, visit to china border and take home good snaps to show to family and display at fb profile. Aditionaly income to members and tezpur based coordinating fellow BJ Gogoi bhaijan in LS FLAGSIP PROJECT..Jai ho life sciences and jai DG ma..lu bhaiya.
PM and RM sir stop this immediately to save GovGovt money and use it somewhere needed for public welfare. Jai hind.
It is really painful to see that disgruntled non-performers are using this site to vent out personal ire rather than using it as a forum to discuss on specific issues that can provide scope of improvement. Dr Bhuvnesh Kumar is the only senior veterinary scientist and since DIHAR is an agro-animal laboratory he very well deserves to be the Director. As far as work at Tawang is concerned, I would request the person commenting to visit the site and then give his expert advice rather than being engaged in mudslinging.
Really telling truth, he brings lot of changes within 55 days for the efficient as well as bright mandate and goal of lab with in respective limits of lab with his proper guideline to all workes. Praying god and hoping for such type of active and compatible director for all other respective research organisation,
I would request the ministry to stop all funds under miscellaneous head of DRDO,vehicle hiring under project ,construction work , estate funds and then we will see all corrupt senior directors will take premature retirements. Also to curtail funds on travel and all recruitment and assessment through UPSC/IIT only.
