Please update about TBRL also. On paper working hours are more than 8 hrs. But all of them are marking attendence and then enjoying leisure ride for on an average 3 hrs or more. These 3 hrs are waste for country and the country is paying them ( > 40 % of office hrs) for these 3 hrs and the worst part is the country is providing fuel for them also.
So the story is
– Come to Chandigarh office , mark the attendence
– Relax till 9:45
– enjoy a 25 kms ride in government vehicle to the Ramgarh Range (To be noticed, still they are getting transport allowance)
– Reach the office at 11:00
.
.
– Start the back 25 Kms ride at 3: 30 in government vehicle to chandigarh
– Mark the attendance.
Time spent in office as per biometric attendence : 8 hrs
Real time spent in office : 4 hrs (After subtracting 1 hr leisurly Lunch and afternoon stroll)
Irony is
They are getting salary , good image (obviously as per attendence 8 hrs are complete ), and fuel from country. But reality is completely different.
