Kindly provide me with the following information
requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of Office order no. 59/12/03
dated 9 DEC 2003 issued by CENTRAL
VIGILANCE COMMISSION GOVT OF INDIA , Para
2 Board of Directors should review the
vigilance work once in six months and CVO will send a copy of the review done
by the Board to the Commission
- Provide the numbers of board of directors meeting held during last three years
- Provide the numbers of vigilance cases were reviewed by CMD/Directors in board meetings held during last three years
- Provide the details of action taken report by Board of Directors on reviewed cases
- Provide the Minutes of meetings of Board of Directors meeting during last three years.
- Provide the details of reviewed cases report forwarded to CVC by CVO BEL vide Office order no. 59/12/03 dated 9 DEC 2003 in last three years.
