RTI- DRDO Hqrs – LTC Scam

Hello,
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect to LTC  availed by DTRL,LASTEC officials /staff who travelled by Air India LTC – 80 scheme in financial year 2012 – 2013 and 2013 – 2014.

As per   Sh G S Malik, Director, DTRL, DRDO letter to Director Vigilance vide letter No DTRL/Dir/Vig_LTC/2014 dated 3^rd January 2014 several official claimed LTC using Air India LTC 80 scheme ticket. It is observed that Shri Anil Kumar Maini, Director, LASTEC also received similar written complaint.

1. Copy of Air India LTC 80 tickets Delhi to Port Blair and back claimed by DTRL and LASTEC officials / staff in financial year 2012 – 2013 and 2013 – 2014.
2. Copy of complaint received by Shri Anil Kumar Maini, Director, LASTEC, DRDO.
3. Status of Sh G S Malik, Director, DTRL, DRDO letter No DTRL/Dir/Vig_LTC/2014 dated 3^rd January 2014,
4. if  action taken by DRDO Hqrs on the Sh G S Malik, Director, DTRL, DRDO letter No DTRL/Dir/Vig_LTC/2014 dated 3^rd January 2014,  then copy of noting/order

Note : Matter is directly related to corruption and not exempted under Section 24 (1)
