Hello,
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of demotion of Shri Amit Mandal, CM(Tech/Mechnical) Personal Number 932653 & Shri Manas Kumar Hajra, CM(Tech/Mechnical) Personal Number 932658. It is observed that both cleared the LDCE exam 2008-09 and promoted to post of CM(Tech/Mechnical) on 13/02/2009. As per Opto Electronics Factory part order II no 14685 & 14686 dated 30/12/2014 both were demoted to the post of Turner & Machinists respectively.
- Provide the certified copy of file notings /approvals of the above part order.
- Provide the actual reason of demotion of both officials.
- Provide the copy of applications/certificates submitted by both officials for the post of CM(Tech/Mechnical) LDCE 2008-09
