Hello,
Several Twitter handles tweeted about the crash of Rustom-1 while on trials for CRPF in Jagdalpur last week of March 2021.
The Aeronautical Development Establishment, DRDO designed and developed Rustom-1, has reportedly crashed while undergoing trials. The incident reportedly took place in Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh after the Rustom-1 hit the perimeter wall of the testing site.
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect ADE Rustom-1 crash in Jagdalpur on trials for CRPF.
- Provide the request letter to ADE, DRDO or DRDO Hqes for conducting RUSTOM –I trials for CRPF operations.
- If, CRPF not send any request for above such trials then provide the proposal letter of ADE, DRDO for conducting above trials for CRPF operations.
- Provide the participation of CRPF officials in above trials with DRDO in Jagdalpur Yes or No
- Provide if DRDO asked for money or any logistic support for conducting above RUSTOM I trails.
