Well done sir, you are very grateful man, finally you win. DRDO think fabricated any time but truth come out from fabricate system.
DRDO became hub of corruption. Honest people downgraded and people without work are upgraded with promotion and posts. In DRDO HQs so many scientists are sitting without doing anything and getting out of way promotions, So mant Chief Controlers are required, They should be sent to labs and work there. It wll save wastage of manpwer and proper utilisation of staff. Minimum they will be able to contribute something for the growth of DRDO. Earlier there was on one Chief Controler and was running a good show. Honest people should be respected and integraty of such people should be promoted punish the culprit at highest level for mismanagement and misguide even at the highest level.
