Above article was right now more of this large number tender manage by HEMRL Top scientist you are requested please file one PIL against HEMRL tender manage system. they are not follow CVC guideline they are making own rule for limited tender as per CPPP participant by vendor the HEMRL management deny the tender also call unsolicited not participate. that’s menace tender was fix by CFA of HEMRL working behind article no.14 of constitution of India. DRDO & HEMRL bigger than India and Indian rule.

i went through Same experience in one of my DRTS assessment at R & D in pune for STA promotion. myself M M Chamy and N P Mali were attended the same interview on same day at R & D for same post,after attending the assessment he said to me could not answered for so many question and he was mood out,my interview gone smoothly,next both went the office HEMRL, he told everyone he did well interview and also spread bad news on me, as chamy not well interview and same voice came from my HOD R K Syal also, his name was in the promotion list bur not my name.
In drdo only manageable promotions taking place in continuously and i am one of victim.
