Hello,
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect to LTC  availed by DRDO officials /staff who travelled by Air India LTC – 80 scheme and claimed settled by Dy. CDA(R&D), Dy. CDA(R&D),

As per  Sh G S Malik, Director, DTRL, DRDO letter to Director Vigilance vide letter No DTRL/Dir/Vig_LTC/2014 dated 3rd January 2014 several official claimed LTC using Air India LTC 80 scheme ticket. It is observed that Shri Anil Kumar Maini, Director, LASTEC also received similar written complaint.

  1. Please provide the copies of Air India LTC 80 tickets Delhi to Port Blair and back claimed by DRDO officials / staff in financial year 2012 – 2013 and 2013 – 2014 and claimed settled by Dy. CDA(R&D), Metcalf House, Delhi

Note : Matter is directly related to corruption and not exempted under Section 24 (1)
