Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of LRSAM Project, DRDL’s demand of  Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Detachable Integrated Logistics Store Enclosure vide Demand No. DRDL/LRS/26/98P/13/049 Demand Dated 31/12/13. Demand raised by Sh. V. Venkateswarlu , Scientist – D , LRSAM Project, DRDL. The Erection and Commissioning is already started in first week of February 2014 by M/s Trinetra Constructions, 17-1-388/77/B, Lakshmi Nagar Colony, Saidabad, HYDERABAD – 500059 without supply order and much before TEC & TPC. The case initiated in limited tender mode and cost finalized  at Rs.  28500000.00 Sales Tax (VAT) 5.00% Tax Value   Rs. 1425000.00 SO Value with TAX  Rs.  29925000.00. The Bank Guarantee of Rs 2850000.00 (10% of order value) vide Bank Guarantee No 35214IGPER0004 dated 13/03/2104 of Andhra Bank. The Supply order S.O. No. DRDL/LRS/26/98P/13/049/8500 not yet placed but the above was the proposed serial no 8500. In this case it seems that Defence Purchase Manual 2009 was totally ignored.

1. Name and designation of CDA (R&D), Hyderabad Rep attends TPC of above case.
2. Certified copy of noting and recommendation of CDA (R&D), Hyderabad rep on above case.
3. Sh Vedveer Arya , IDAS ( Indian defence Accountant services  1997 batch officer ), finance officer, missile complex, Hyderabad is member of approval committee in respect of above case. Yes/No
4. If yes the copy of his noting and recommendation of Sh Vedveer Arya on the above said file.

Note : Matter is directly related to corruption and not exempted under Section 24 (1) as a proof the photos of above said   Detachable Integrated Logistics Store Enclosure are enclosed.
