Sir,    DMSRDE having a multi utility shed for organizing different local functions and programs. The structure built by steel and covered by water proof cloth like used by tent houses.

Recently this Feb 26-28, 2015 at DMSRDE, Kanpur organized a Conference on Microscopy in Materials Science and Biomimetic Technology with Academy of microscopic science and technology (AMST) society, Kanpur in above multi utility shed.

Just before conference MULI UTILITY SHED repaired by VIRAJ SYNTAX LTD, Kanpur, and the Material was provided by DMSRDE, Kanpur under directive of Dr A kK Saxena.

The material used was PU COATED NYLON WHITE FABRIC (Procured for fabrication of WIND CHEATER FOR GLACER REGION) and Green PVC Coated fabric they have used for upper layer of shed.

The Multi Utility shed being a part of the public  infra structure the work should have been  done by public concerned authority such as  CC (R&D)N , MES, but as a matter of habitual procedural defiance the work was done  the other way and therefore no norms for repairs followed resulting in wastage of the material

White fabric was procured in 1999-2000 in excess and store audit objection is in position.

Interestingly, the valuable public material got issued in the name of ‘study purpose’ just before the conference jointly organized by DMSRDE and AMST (Academy of microscopic science and technology) in which Dr. KN Pandey , Retd. TO”C”, one of the very close circle advisors group of Dr. AK Saxena is the founder general secretary of wonderful society the AMST where there are no declared policies or bye laws and no transparency in accounts handling.

With a very huge loss to public property approximately 1000 m market rate is (RS 250/meter) of pu coated nylon white was   used for lower layer total shed where a much low cost white cloth would have been sufficient for aesthetics.

400 meters market rate is RS 450 /meter of pu coated green heavy cloths were used for upper layer.

The repairs could not last even for two months and again they are using the unduly expensive cloth for re-repairing with the purpose of getting rid of the audit objection in an unmindful and sheepish way.

Sir, It is requested that please direct these DRDO officials not to waste public money for their adventures,  needful inquiry is also requested in this Dr A K Saxena’s misadventure.

Aap Ki Adalat—Episode -I (William)

Sh PDD (DRDO Anna) and all non corrupt colleagues of DRDO

A group of part time artists (from DRTC, DRDS, Admin) from headquarters and Delhi labs are starting a old and well known method of STREET PLAY to highlight Corruption, Bhai chara, carelessness in management of our DRDO for last 2 years by Retired team of Chief controllers, Corrupt Directors and MOST CORRUPT SA to RM. WE are using street as Website of Sh PDD. All are affected; scientists are also affected by mis-rule of DR VKS. First 6-8 episodes will be on DrVKS, honorable (?????) SA to RM. This will be followed by -WILLIAM SELVAMURTHY, PS GOEL and all “Distinguished”. Outstanding” and “Dictators (Directors)” . The frequency of episodes will be flexible, keep seeing our Anna’s website and give your comments for any particular topic and person to be called in Aap ki Adalat.

 

Aap Ki Adalat—Episode I (William)

Dear Viewers, Dr VKS was abroad, we invitedC, DRDO, The recording time was at 10 am and he reached our studio at 6 am after doing his Yoga. We appreciated his punctuality and fitness.

RS: First blame on

WS: God bless all of you, yoga is a must. If all 30 thousand workforce of ours learn yoga and take classes of 12 crores army Jawans, we will get visibility, publicity, negative forces will be removed. But no one listens to me. Doing science, it can be done in deep located Tamilnadu universities. We give 5 percent so far, I propose to increase it to 50 percent, PLEASE CLAP, money will be given only to unknown colleges and universities of Tamilnadu.

RS: The first blame on you is…

WS: Please WAIT, we will come to blame later, we should do innovations, our respectable SA has declared this year as Innovation year. I will give 3-4 innovations we did recently. First was done by me, I converted one admin lady officer into a senior scientist, SA was so happy with this innovation that I was given LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT award

RS: I say, you must get Noble prize, such a great innovation

WS: Yes, I should, can we discuss after shooting over. Tandon, our procurement expert. He innovated a novel method for keep track of a deal after negotiations are completed, for delivery of agreed He invented this in Kanpur but perfected in headquarters. He transferred this technology to all our lab directors, it is helping them lot. Goel (Chairman RAC) also felt that he has done very good science and promoted him in 4 years.

RS: Really Great Achievement

WS: AK Singh, our HR expert, har marz ki ek dava. He invented a mechanism how to recruit human resources along with side by side, a great achievement. Dr GoeI was not impressed with his great achievement, he feels RAC technology is much foolproof than his, but SA intervened and certified it is a very high caliber research. Shukia, I am not much aware about his achievement, but if Goel found him fit to be promoted in 4 years, he must have done GREAT SCIENCE. Goel cannot be wrong. MERIT (???) COMES FIRST is principle of Goel.

WS: Blame on me? I am God tearing person, no no i don’t fear about this Prabhu Dandriyal, But I am God fearing, no blame, yes, we can discuss

RS: you dream that you are the best person to become SA and for this you are destroying DRDO

WS: One must dream, Dr VKS is super genius SA. Arunachlam, Kalam, Atrey, Natrajan, all useless fellows. I will wait till he is 70

RS: You will also be 70? Also Dr VKS called you Badmash?

WS: Yoga Power, I will be SA for 5 years…….He is Great, I am his servant. I am happy he called me Badmash, does he call everybody Badmash? So, I am Special. We should do Great work like Dr VKS. We should support him for all his Great work. Good Pillai has gone, Prahlad has left, he needs my support and experience in fooling Ministers and Services. We are made for each other.
