Etc

  1. Air force officers visited Europe with BEL official for vendor capability inspection against IACCS project. Yes or No
  2. If yes, then provide the number of Air force officers visited Europe with BEL official for vendor capability inspection against IACCS project.
  3. Whether BEL put this inspection term in their MoU on IACCS project. Yes or No
  4. The visit cost of Air force officers sponsored by BEL or Air Force or Foreign Firms
  5. Provide the Year and month of Visit of Air force officers against IACCS project
  6. AS per news clips the BEL already ordered plant and machinery to foreign vendors in more than 1000 Cr and sites are not yet ready or few sites even not started. In this regard please provide that Air force released payment or part payment to BEL for dumping plant and machinery in advance to make them scrape in few years.
  7. Whether BEL taken any prior section for allowing L & T to further subletting construction of IACCS project sites.  Yes or No
  8. AS per news clips  IACCS project sites collapsed one or two places whether IACCS project directorate reviewed or verified the earth profile submitted by M/S RD Konsultant prepared by IIT professor Yes or No

  4. Current status of the report.
  5. Copy of any denial or other written communication provided to First post.

Hello,
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of rules position to use army manpower deputed to DRDO for various assignments. It is observed that in DRDO scientists and services officers are using army jawans for their personal service, like cleaning private vehicles, using as driver in their personal cars in office hours and after office hours even in holidays. In VRDE, DRDO, Ahemadnagar Lt Col Praveen Kumar utilizing army manpower Sh  Vaidya Mahesh  in his personal service. The enclosed pictures are self explanatory.

Please find some pictures of Army jawans performing duty for private vehicles of Dr DP Singh Scientist, EMU, DRDO Dehradun engaged a private Scorpio in contract since few years. The vehicle is fully painted with Bharat Sarkar, Raksha Mantralay, EMU, DRDO etc.

  1. Please provide the rules position for utilizing army jawans for personal works by services officers deputed to DRDO and DRDO scientists.
  2. Whether it is allowed by Indian army (Yes/No)
  3. Any disciplinary action can be initiate by competent authority if it is come under misutilization of army jawans or other ranks (Yes/No)
  4. If yes then in case of services officers deputed in DRDO who will the competent authority.
  5. If yes then in case of DRDO scientists who will the competent authority.

Sir,
After call from our Honorable Pradhan Mantri to save the country from corrupts, every citizen want to support the cause and want to contribute with inputs related to corrupt practices prevailing in his surroundings.

Website www.corruptionindrdo.com dedicatedly working to eradicate corruption and nepotism from our premier defence research organization (DRDO)

Website received inputs from various Labs/Establishments of DRDO and forwarding to you for necessary corrective measurement but unfortunately the bunch sitting in DRDO Hq playing old tactics that make a inquiry committee with yes men team, cooked slowly, a farzi inquiry report, and send MoD with lot of excuses if matter is related to corruption like the procurement was necessary in the strategic application so procedure laps overlooked.

If matter is related to service matter then it was presented like if we will not transfer this guy then country and organization will be in trouble. Actually, always you will found only cause, the ego of boss or fear of expose of corruption and nepotism. The fact is no one bothers for loss of public funds or harassment of family, in DRDO because money is flowing.

Sir, only one case, if you take seriously you will find chain of corrupt officials in DRDO. Like the case of DMSRDE corruption since last three years, MoD only served the show cause notice to 40 officials. Everyone knows the material facts, evidences are clear and sufficient but why they are not able to fix. Only reason is that they very well know that every lab/establishment working on same manner but they are fortunate and till date not exposed. Then how can they tie belt on their colleagues who are unfortunately exposed?

Sir please do something exemplary so DRDO corrupt officials stop following corrupt practices and honest will get their due credentials.

Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of Press Information Bureau press release on 15-January-2015 15:47 IST Government of India Prime Minister s Office that Army donates over Rs 100 crore to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund

The Indian Army has donated over Rs. 100 crore to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund. This amount has been raised by officers and soldiers of the Army donating a day’s salary each.

The cheque was handed over to Prime Minister Narendra Modi by the Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Dalbir Singh, at the traditional “At Home” at Army House on the occasion of the 67th Army Day.

  1. Provide the status of cheque whether cheque deposited in the account of Prime Minister s Relief Fund
  2. Provide the date and name of Bank where above cheque deposited on account of Prime Minister’s Relief Fund
  3. If cheque encashed than provide the account head of Army from which money debited to PM relief account.
  4. If above cheque was not deposited than whether it was return back to Army, if yes than provide the copy of covering letter.

Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Min. of Defence conducts assessment of Scientist ’G’ for the promotion to the grade Scientist ‘H’(Outstanding Scientist) every year in month of June under the provisions of Rule 8(2) of DRDS Rules 1979 as amended and the results are declared in month of July of the same year. The assessment for promotions from Scientist ‘G’ to Scientist ‘H’ (Outstanding Scientist) was conducted in June 2013 for the assessment year 2013 and result was declared in October 2013

In reference to Golden jubilee celebrated by Defence Research Laboratory (DRL), Tezpur in 2012.

  1. How much amount was sanctioned by DRDO Hqrs, is it Rs 2.75 Lakhs or more? if more, than total sanctioned amount.
  2. Was any Golden jubilee function was organized by DRL, if yes then date of function and name of the chief guest of the function.
  3. Was any Golden jubilee memento or gift was distributed to the all DRL employees? if yes, then please provide quantity in numbers.
  4. Director, DRL, Tezpur opened an account in the name of TEZCON-12 in IDBI, Tezpur Branch A/C no 1158104000003261. Please provide the total amount collected by various vendors, the list of vendors, the last date of money deposited by vendor.
  5. The above account is still in operative yes/ No; if yes then please provide account statement till date. Remember it is public fund and any citizen of India has right to know about it.

In reference of Estate Management Unit, DRL, Tezpur

  1. All quarters of P-3 Block allotted to DRL employees Yes/No
  2. Any quarter of P-3 Block is allotted to any individual who is not a Government servant. Yes/No
  3. All service personals of working in DRDL availing the accommodations, Yes/No

A group of part time artists (from DRTC, DRDS, Admin) from headquarters and Delhi labs are starting a old and well known method of STREET PLAY to highlight Corruption, Bhai chara, carelessness in management of our DRDO for last 2 years by Retired team of Chief controllers, Corrupt Directors and MOST CORRUPT SA to RM. WE are using street as Website of Sh PDD. All are affected; scientists are also affected by mis-rule of DR VKS. First 6-8 episodes will be on DrVKS, honorable (?????) SA to RM. This will be followed by -WILLIAM SELVAMURTHY, PS GOEL and all “Distinguished”. Outstanding” and “Dictators (Directors)” . The frequency of episodes will be flexible, keep seeing our Anna’s website and give your comments for any particular topic and person to be called in Aap ki Adalat.

Dear Viewers, Dr VKS was abroad, we invitedC, DRDO, The recording time was at 10 am and he reached our studio at 6 am after doing his Yoga. We appreciated his punctuality and fitness.

WS: God bless all of you, yoga is a must. If all 30 thousand workforce of ours learn yoga and take classes of 12 crores army Jawans, we will get visibility, publicity, negative forces will be removed. But no one listens to me. Doing science, it can be done in deep located Tamilnadu universities. We give 5 percent so far, I propose to increase it to 50 percent, PLEASE CLAP, money will be given only to unknown colleges and universities of Tamilnadu.

RS: The first blame on you is…

WS: Please WAIT, we will come to blame later, we should do innovations, our respectable SA has declared this year as Innovation year. I will give 3-4 innovations we did recently. First was done by me, I converted one admin lady officer into a senior scientist, SA was so happy with this innovation that I was given LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT award

RS: I say, you must get Noble prize, such a great innovation

WS: Yes, I should, can we discuss after shooting over. Tandon, our procurement expert. He innovated a novel method for keep track of a deal after negotiations are completed, for delivery of agreed He invented this in Kanpur but perfected in headquarters. He transferred this technology to all our lab directors, it is helping them lot. Goel (Chairman RAC) also felt that he has done very good science and promoted him in 4 years.

RS: Really Great Achievement

WS: AK Singh, our HR expert, har marz ki ek dava. He invented a mechanism how to recruit human resources along with side by side, a great achievement. Dr GoeI was not impressed with his great achievement, he feels RAC technology is much foolproof than his, but SA intervened and certified it is a very high caliber research. Shukia, I am not much aware about his achievement, but if Goel found him fit to be promoted in 4 years, he must have done GREAT SCIENCE. Goel cannot be wrong. MERIT (???) COMES FIRST is principle of Goel.

WS: Blame on me? I am God tearing person, no no i don’t fear about this Prabhu Dandriyal, But I am God fearing, no blame, yes, we can discuss

RS: you dream that you are the best person to become SA and for this you are destroying DRDO

WS: One must dream, Dr VKS is super genius SA. Arunachlam, Kalam, Atrey, Natrajan, all useless fellows. I will wait till he is 70

RS: You will also be 70? Also Dr VKS called you Badmash?

WS: Yoga Power, I will be SA for 5 years…….He is Great, I am his servant. I am happy he called me Badmash, does he call everybody Badmash? So, I am Special. We should do Great work like Dr VKS. We should support him for all his Great work. Good Pillai has gone, Prahlad has left, he needs my support and experience in fooling Ministers and Services. We are made for each other.
