Hello,
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of Dr A K Saxena, Director, DMSRDE, Kanpur. Recently on 24th March 2014 AAJ news paper published news on page 6 about the visit of Dr A K Saxena, Director, DMSRDE. (copy enclosed).

  1. Whether Dr A K Saxena, Director, DMSRDE visited Pasikheda, Kanpur on 23 rd March 2014 on official visit. Yes/ No
  2. If Yes the provide the copy of invitation letter from organizer to Director, DMSRDE to inaugurate the camp duly endorsed  at registry of Director s Office
  3. Provide the copy of log book entry of staff car No 11B111640E for 23rd March 2014
  4. If visit of  Dr A K Saxena along with family members by staff car was private then provide the details of money deposited / paid by Dr A K Saxenafor using staff car.
  5. Amount of money paid as overtime allowance to Sh Devendra Singh Kshetri, Dirver for overtime duty for 23rd March 2014.
  6.  Whether Dr A K Saxena, Director, DMSRDE, DRDO, Kanpur have any special permission to put red light on staff car against Supreme Court order.

Note: Matter is directly related to corruption and not exempted under Section 24 (1)

Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect  the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas, Scientist -H, DRDL, DRDO, Hyderabad to Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior on 21st March 2014. News paper clip enclosed.

  1. Whether the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas as chief gust in Golden Jubilee of Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior was official or private.
  2. Did Dr Tessy Thomas permission was obtained from competent authority Yes/No
  3. If yes then the copy of permission letter.
  4. Escort provided by MP Police department to Dr Tessy Thomas was official requested by DRDO Hqrs/  Director, DRDE Yes/No
  5. If Yes then copy of request letter.
  6. Please provide the total amount of expenditure incurred  by DRDE Gwalior for the  visit of Dr Tessy Thomas to golden jubilee of Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior, where wife of Dr M P Kaushik’s wife working as HOD, Chemistry Department.
  7. If any funds/grants given to Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior by DRDE, DRDO under any projects/ programs from April 2010 to March 2013. Then total amount and project/program names.
  8. The total cost of gifts/presentation if any received by Dr Tessy Thomas from Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior.

Hello,

Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005.

In reference to Golden jubilee celebrated by Defence Research Laboratory (DRL), Tezpur in 2012.

  1. How much amount was sanctioned by DRDO Hqrs, is it Rs 2.75 Lakhs or more? if more, than total sanctioned amount.
  2. Was any Golden jubilee function was organized by DRL, if yes then date of function and name of the chief guest of the function.
  3. Was any Golden jubilee memento or gift was distributed to the all DRL employees? if yes, then please provide quantity in numbers.
  4. Director, DRL, Tezpur opened an account in the name of TEZCON-12 in IDBI, Tezpur Branch A/C no 1158104000003261. Please provide the total amount collected by various vendors, the list of vendors, the last date of money deposited by vendor.
  5. The above account is still in operative yes/ No; if yes then please provide account statement till date. Remember it is public fund and any citizen of India has right to know about it.

In reference of Estate Management Unit, DRL, Tezpur

  1. All quarters of P-3 Block allotted to DRL employees Yes/No
  2. Any quarter of P-3 Block is allotted to any individual who is not a Government servant. Yes/No
  3. All service personals of working in DRDL availing the accommodations, Yes/No
  4. All service personals who are availing the accommodations are also claiming HRA, Yes/No

Note: – above required information is directly related to corruption and not come under schedule – II
