Hello,
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect  the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas, Scientist -H, DRDL, DRDO, Hyderabad to Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior on 21st March 2014. News paper clip enclosed.

  1. Whether the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas as chief gust in Golden Jubilee of Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior was official or private.
  2. Did Dr Tessy Thomas permission was obtained from competent authority Yes/No
  3. If yes then the copy of permission letter.
  4. Escort provided by MP Police department to Dr Tessy Thomas was official requested by DRDO Hqrs/  Director, DRDE Yes/No
  5. If Yes then copy of request letter.
  6. Please provide the total amount of expenditure incurred  by DRDE Gwalior for the  visit of Dr Tessy Thomas to golden jubilee of Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior, where wife of Dr M P Kaushik’s wife working as HOD, Chemistry Department.
  7. If any funds/grants given to Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior by DRDE, DRDO under any projects/ programs from April 2010 to March 2013. Then total amount and project/program names.
  8. The total cost of gifts/presentation if any received by Dr Tessy Thomas from Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior.

Note : Matter is directly related to corruption and not exempted under Section 24 (1)

Distinguished / Outstanding Scientists, who are capable to procure systems / sub-systems in exorbitant price, from Israel, Via Singapore or through their favorite vendor – Dr A K Saxena and 2,3 ………..

Distinguished / Outstanding Scientists, who are capable to manipulate interpret government orders for instant problem solution, who are not bothered later consequences. Dr W. Selvamurthy in Rs 4600 – Rs 4800 and his so many chelas 2,3,

Distinguished / OutstandingScientists, who are the best in fooling DRDO Purchase Management – 2006, again the no 1 is Dr A K Saxena and 2,3 ………..

Distinguished / Outstanding Scientists, who are best in manipulation in recruitment procedure for kiths & kin of senior scientists or their own wards. Dr W . Selvamurthy and his chelas, Sh Rajesh Goyal and 2,3,………

Distinguished / Outstanding Scientists, who are capable to mislead the real queries of Honorable Parliament or MoD Vigilance, PI & 2,3

Distinguished / Outstanding Scientists, who are best in nurture Corruption, Favoritism, Casteism, harassing the  weaker community – Sh R C Agarwal and Dr M.P Kaushik,2,3, (Sh Jagdish Kumar & Sh B P Shakya case are current example)

Distinguished / Outstanding Scientists, who are manage to get Honorary Doctorates or PhD’s by donating heft funds in name of Grant / CARS project / project development etc from poor tax payer’s money and gets PhD’s in age of 60+ from private deemed universities. numbers increasing day by day and queue is starting from newly born DG’s

Scientist like Dr Parhalda who claimed HRA illegally and whole DRDO machinery is saving him and whoever helped him got return gift.

“Change Management”: definitely helps all those incompetent & selfish scientist of DRDO that DRDO is riding the constitutional provisions since there is no accountability.
