Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas, Scientist -H, DRDL, DRDO, Hyderabad to Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior on 21st March 2014. News paper clip enclosed.
- Whether the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas as chief gust in Golden Jubilee of Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior was official or private.
- Did Dr Tessy Thomas permission was obtained from competent authority Yes/No
- If yes then the copy of permission letter.
- Escort provided by MP Police department to Dr Tessy Thomas was official requested by DRDO Hqrs/ Director, DRDE Yes/No
- If Yes then copy of request letter.
- Please provide the total amount of expenditure incurred by DRDE Gwalior for the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas to golden jubilee of Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior, where wife of Dr M P Kaushik’s wife working as HOD, Chemistry Department.
- If any funds/grants given to Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior by DRDE, DRDO under any projects/ programs from April 2010 to March 2013. Then total amount and project/program names.
- The total cost of gifts/presentation if any received by Dr Tessy Thomas from Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior.

Great Dandriyal ji. Very good job. Head quarter should know how manipulated person is MP Kaushik. Somebody should know, how he use people. He became director by using his mentors, collegues, juniors, STAs, students, chaprasi, seniors etc etc. He use all these peoples like as a tools( aapne chamche ko chorkar). Aab to aapne biwi pe bhi aagaya. He is trying to using his wife to get extension. How cheap, shameless are this person… nobody can imagine. Again Thanks to Dandriyal ji. But previous RTI ka result kiya huya? We r very curious about it. Still sofa-set vertox laboratory ke niche rakhkha hai. Aur Vertox laboratory ke gate k saamne abhi bhi inauguration plate latkake rakha hai(par usmein chadar dala huya hai). Ye sab ka photo ready hai, hum bhijwa denge. Kiya SA sahib come to visit DRDE, gwalior? truth should come in front every one.
Ashoke ji sahi kaha….great dandrial ji. aur RTI chahiye… Saare DRDE ka ACR mark nikal k dikhana chahiye ..kaushik ne aapne chacho ko kaise diya….iske upor bhi RTI lagna chahiye.. tab pata chalega..kam nehi karta aur chamcha giri..

CHANDIGARH: In what will lessen the government’s stranglehold on information related to employee performance, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that an employee is entitled to access his annual confidential reports (ACRs) under the RTI Act.Coming out with a recent order of major import for scores of Punjab government employees and other public servants, the division bench, comprising justice MM Kumar and justice Sabina, agreed with the ruling of the full bench of the Punjab State Information Commission that an employee couldn’t be barred from accessing his ACRs under RTI. Such information was of paramount importance for an employee if he wanted to improve upon existing levels of performance and as such its non-disclosure could seriously compromise canons of excellence, the bench had observed.

This is the 101st in a series of important judgements given by former Central Information Commissioner Shailesh Gandhi that can be used or quoted in an RTI application
The Central Information Commission (CIC), while allowing an appeal, directed the Public Information Officer (PIO) of the ministry of labour and employment (MLE), Government of India to provide information about annual confidential reports (ACRs) of 17 officers from the Central Labour Service (CLS) category.
While giving this judgement on 18 September 2011, Shailesh Gandhi, the then Central Information Commissioner said, “…this Commission holds that performance appraisals—known as annual confidential reports since the days of British Raj—are not covered by Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act and disclosure of these cannot be construed as invasion on the privacy of an individual.”
Casteism in drde is beyond the limit.One example is here :-One Sc D has joined DRDE from banglore lab in Mid July 2013 and got the technology group award forDeveloment of the technolgy which was already developed .How any one can develop a project in 3 month and gets the big award ,he recieved this award becouse he is same Cast(bramin) as Director sahab Of DRDE (Might be his close relative of him) it is suscpected becouse all other ppl who developed this project has been removed from this project already by director sahab ji,all the resonsbility for this project is given to this most intelliget scientist Who is of same cast of director sahab .
