Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect  the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas, Scientist -H, DRDL, DRDO, Hyderabad to Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior on 21^st March 2014. News paper clip enclosed.

1. Whether the visit of Dr Tessy Thomas as chief gust in Golden Jubilee of Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior was official or private.
2. Did Dr Tessy Thomas permission was obtained from competent authority Yes/No
3. If yes then the copy of permission letter.
4. Escort provided by MP Police department to Dr Tessy Thomas was official requested by DRDO Hqrs/  Director, DRDE Yes/No
5. If Yes then copy of request letter.
6. Please provide the total amount of expenditure incurred  by DRDE Gwalior for the  visit of Dr Tessy Thomas to golden jubilee of Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior, where wife of Dr M P Kaushik’s wife working as HOD, Chemistry Department.
7. If any funds/grants given to Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior by DRDE, DRDO under any projects/ programs from April 2010 to March 2013. Then total amount and project/program names.
8. The total cost of gifts/presentation if any received by Dr Tessy Thomas from Vijay Raje Scindia Kanya P G College, Gwalior.
