“Change Management”: definitely helps all those incompetent & selfish scientist of DRDO that DRDO is riding the constitutional provisions since there is no accountability.

Corruption and fabrication was no limit in DRDO top boss was not wary a about hung poor taxpayer money spend through tender by the all corrupt scientist in DRDO openly seen by SA to RM but not any action on corrupt and corruption matter by drdo leader, only missile firing showcase display on public and making fool of Indian poor taxpayer free money eating system of government of India White Elephant.
Now DRDO Management is in the hands of most incompetent & inefficient Scientists Hands. They are neither fit for Scientists nor administration. They do not bother about Govt. of India Orders or DOP&T Orders. Even DRDO Labs run their own government. No accountability & No sincere efforts to resolve the problems. Regarding withdrawal of GP 4800, their action is highly objectionable. They are agreeing they did a mistake, but they want to correct. To overcome they are doing blunders. No working atomsphere in the labs. All affected TOs are approaching courts against them.

Dear Scientists, years back you were appointed in India’s premier organisation with high hopes and expectations to make our country self reliance in defence technology. But some of you had deviated from science and technology to administration. Probably you were not enough competent in science and technology and to justify you appointment as scientist. You had chosen alternative path and jumped into administrative field… Result is in front of you, a number of pending and upcoming court cases, frustration all over organisation, lack of interest and trust. Frustration level has reached at its peak among DRTC which is not a healthy sign for organisation. Dear Scientists turned Administrators, it has been proved that you are not capable to keep on holding administration. Its high time to go back to labs and do innovative R&D and hand over these specialised jobs to admin and allieds. There is no dearth of quality administrators in this country who can give much better and ease out the organisation suffocated climate. country still has high expectations from you, please migrate your self in labs and gracefully handover the field for you were not appointed for or even not fit for. Just suggestion… Looking forward for bright future of organisation.
