This is the harsh reality of DRDO, everyone in every Lab & Establishment of DRDO is witnessing the same scenario in DRDS from Sc ‘B’ to Sc ‘H’, in DRTC Technicians to TO ‘D’, Admin allied, Stores are standing nowhere in DRDO’s priority.
Well done sir, I want to give thanks to scientists who wrote this letter and prabhu ji. Mr RK jain is most corrupt scientist in DRDO. In RAC, there is monopoly, Modi ji please look in matter and take necessary action.
The young scientists and sincere senior scientists also frustrated with the prevailing promotion process. It’s great you did what many thought of doing.
You promote my people and post at desired places. For promotion mostly talent is not required. Only sycophants are given Outstanding A-PARs and promted. Both are criminals. People who work day & night get exploited. DRDO means – Different Rules for Different Officers… Defence Relatives & Daughters Ornagisation,…………………

This AK Singh spent his golden working age…i.e from D to F by carrying bag of W Selwa murthy and for that he was rewarded with …out standing promotions by hajaking work done by other scientists in INMAS n other Delhi based labs…… N now this shameless fellow is heading DOP…. n become the boss of a department which controls implementing conduct rules, dealing with appointments, promotion, suspensions etc…. Do this man any moral ground to be DOP….. Is this man has capability to become even scientist. D…from they he started carrying CC’s bag?….. Is he eligible for promotion to Scientist “H”…that to on super outstanding.
