Dear friends in every Labs/Establishments of DRDO, Directors are having absolute powers and they are using these powers not in the interest of organization or nor in the interest of lab officials. In maximum cases all facilities provided by DRDO like infrastructures, encouragements monetary benefits like, cash awards, phone facilities, participation in Seminars, Workshop or other trainings all are reserved for chamchas.
The following letter I have received from DEAL’s friends via post, which is an analytical explanation of DEAL director Sh R C Agarwal’s management capabilities, his love to chamchas and community, with great Sh R K Agarwal who joined hands to fulfillment of desire of outgoing director.
From today onward Sh R C Agarwal, Director, DEAL, Dehradun will be busy for arrangement of fair well of his cluster DG, Sh S S Sundaram who is in his last tour to Dehradun, he called his all cluster directors like his (Lal) Sh Haribabu, Srivastava, Director LASTEC, Delhi, Taxi Bill expert Ms Manjula, Director, DARE, Bangalore, Director, DLRL etc.
As per sources he like Tea……r so Dr S S Negi, Director, IRDE & future DG, ECS will be host and all other directors are coming in the name of cluster meeting and planning to give grand fair well party to great Sh S S Sundaram, only thing is left that Sh R C Agarwal after giving several CARS project to Deemed University Graphic Era not able to make Sundaram as Dr before his departure from DRDO. RC opens his all gates for Dr B S Jasal, Ex DEAL scientist but failed procure PhD for his boss & himself till date, hope Sundaram will get PhD in short time which will be helpful to fit in courtier of Dr V K Sarswat’s NITI Ayog, God Bless him, God Bless India.

This fake director manage his god father for this award.mostly RTI is was most powerful tools for catch the corruption in this condition drdo clam II schedule exemption in RTI every body knows DRDO was most corrupt organization but they are manage CVC, CBI, DOPT, PMO also protract the DRDO so that he can not action on this corrupt organization. award was very small corruption he was manage his chamchas.

And deal can give two separate awards. It has been given to group of 3 each.
I agree that SDR is behind the schedule but it is not because of scientists rather it is because of management.
DRDO Awards for incompetent people for fake work and sycophancy. If awards given for real work DRDO could have teach on the top of research organisations. But shameless people sharing acr, awards, promotions among themselves.
They have not done anything but still Lal chand Mangal got a call G toH…..
Look at the behavior and biasing in DEAL. All those who work in SDR Project those have been assured of promotions this year. Director said to whole team that do not worry regarding assessment. All from SDR will get their promotions and any other will only be promoted if seat in that cadre is left after our team’s promotions. This shows his behaviour towards rest of Laboratory.
This is a routine affair in DRDO. Awards are reserved for CHAMCHAS. Only a few set of people will know the work in progress while the process of awards are happening. This years list will be out soon and the story is not different.
