Sir,

You will be surprise to know that it is fashion in DRDO that scientists using Army Jawan specially drivers in their official as well as personal car. Earlier DRDO witnessed the Project vehicle  used Dr K Tamilmani, DG, Aero, DRDO and that time he engaged the Army Havaldar  driver so no one question for duty timings.

Please find some pictures of Army jawans performing duty for private vehicles. EMU, DRDO Dehradun engaged a private Scorpio in contract since few years. The vehicle is fully painted with Bharat Sarkar, Raksha Mantralay, EMU, DRDO etc. Vehicle registered in the name of KHUSHAL SINGH, UK07AR0900 [RISHIKESH ARTO, UK].

The vehicle is driven by Army Jawans but it was observed that vehicle is used for suspicious covert operation by private parties, like today morning at 07:43 vehicle reached at Mr D L Uniyal, Uniyal Nivas, Danda, Dharampur, Dehradun. The vehicle Driver was Hav Rakesh Sharma, posted at EMU, DRDO, Dehradun. He picked Mr Uniyal at 07:46 and moved out to Dehradun. Vehicle crossed Uttarakhand border 08:17 and stopped at Dat Kali Mandir. Antother vehicle Tata Maza driving by CHM Tajindra Singh joined and moved 08:30. As per sources both vehicle going to parental village (Muzaffar nagar, UP) of Dr D P Singh, Scientist ‘G’ who is heading EMU, DRDO, Dehradun since 10 Years. Both vehicles full of relative and friends of Dr D P Singh, Scientist ‘G’.

Sir, this not the first occasion as Army Jawans he is using these Army personal in all his family and his friends, relative assignment without seeing the time.

I want to know why our tax money will utilized by these lecherous DRDO scientist and over to this they are using our respected Jawans as bonded labours.

The both vehicle will return by today late night from Muzaffarnagar, UP. The Drivers having mobile phones

Sir,

Please find enclose the two audio file which website received as extraordinary example of Dadgiri of DRDO Lab Director.

On 29th May 2015 the eve of retirement of 5 DMSRDE officials, Dr A K Saxena arrogantly announced that he only deliberately transferred scientists because he felt that they were working against DMSRDE.

He also proclaimed that 4 CAT cases & 4 High Court cases, PIL, Allahabad managed by him and confident that PIL at Delhi High court will also be managed.

At last he roared that he also identify few officials of DMSDRE who are in his RADAR, their carrier will be finished before his retirement.

Here is great example of so called prestigious DRDO organization, no one in country believe that highly literate are behaving in tapori style and threatening “कुछ को निकाल दिया है और जो बाकी बचे हैं उनको भी निकाल दूंगा समय बहुत कम है (डॉ सक्सेना 31 जुलाई को रिटायर हो रहे है) पर ऐसा कर जाऊंगा कि जब कभी भविष्य में जब कभी सोचेगें कि किसी से पाला पड़ा था उनके करियर को इतना क्षति पहुंचेगी कि वो  जानेंगे जिंदिगी भर”

Sir, we know you have lot of responsibilities of defence, whenever you have time to look  DRDO please take care adventures of DRDO lab directors, like DMSRDE, Kanpur Director, Dr A K Saxena’s fully evident corruptions with dadagiri,  R&D Eng, Pune, Director, Dr. Gurumurthy, Silver Chariot and Sh Muthuraja, Sc E vindictive malafide transfer, DIPAS, Delhi, Director, Dr Shashi bala’s endless cases, Dr Gauasl Khan, Sc D malafide intention Charge sheet, Dr. S Majumadar, Sc G, Mysterious fabricated sexual harassment case, now Senior women scientists problems are in your table.

Please also look the use of project vehicles putting red beacon is also dadagiri symbol of most of DG & Lab directors of DRDO, specially Dr K Tamilmani & ADE Director, Sh P Srikumar

Subject: Review of development of Rustom-II Project.

Sir,

It is very unfortunate that one of the senior most top clusters DG of DRDO, Dr K Tamilmani, DG (Aero) seems not serious about his responsibilities given by GOI.

As per news clippings and websites of private engineering colleges surrounding to his native place   it is observed that Dr.  K Tamilmani, DG (Aero) visited 6(six) private institutes during 15th January to 15th March on officials temporary duties.

It looking similar case of Silver Chariot and as per DRDO senior officials, it is come under CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) but one point that all are private institutes and second one all are near to Dr Tamilmani’s native place.

As per sources, he would have received his honorarium and transport allowance from the colleges also as well availed official TD.

The following are the colleges visited with dates and purpose:

  1. Bharathiyar Institute of Engineering for Women, Salem, 11th January 2015, as a Chief Guest for Graduation ceremony.
  2. Amrita University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, 28th  January 2015, to inaugurate automated test facility
  3. Aerospace Engineers, Salem, 7th February 2015, in the name of Technical Review but actual purpose of TD was attend the function of  Rabindranath Tagore College of Engg for Women
  4. Rabindranath Tagore College of Engineering for Women, Sankari, Salem, Tamilnadu, 7th February 2015, Address to students
  5. Excel College of Engineering, Salem, Tamilnadu, 22nd February 2015, to attend convocation ceremony as Chief Guest
  6. Arunai Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai, Tamilnadu, 14th March 2015, to receive Life Time Achievement Award. (no information is available that whether permission obtained to receive this award from private institute)

Interesting fact is that all above five TD’s the Rustom – II project Toyota Innova was used but on sixth TD Dr.  K Tamilmani, DG (Aero) hired Taxi because the complaint of using project vehicle was submitted on 26th February 2015 to Prime Minister.

Dr.  K Tamilmani, DG (Aero) TD’s detail for your kind consideration, if you inquire the TD agenda vs output of each TD then you can judge the details of delay in Rustom – II and other ongoing projects.

In the light of above facts we request you to please restrict DRDO top scientists wasting poor tax payers money, Although in DRDO Hqrs TD business is drastically lower down after sacking of Sh Avinash Chander. Only comparing of Dr A K Singh’s DOP, DRDO TD details for last six month explained the scenario of DRDO.
