Scientist held for raping wife in Raipur – Parda Phash

Raipur: It seems that the court’s decision on granting death penalty to the Delhi Gang rape accused is very less, as the male section is not realizing as to what they are turning our society into, by not stopping but continuously committing the most heinous crime that is ‘Rape’. As per reports, a Defence Research and Development Organization scientist Majumdar has been accused of raping his 30-year-old wife in Raipur, today, September 23.
The news was confirmed by Raipur’s Superintendent of Police O P Pal, he said, “A case has been lodged case against Tapas Kumar Majumdar, who is working with food research laboratory wing of DRDO, on the complaint lodged by his 30-year-old wife this evening.”
The complainant who works as a school teacher was married to the scientist in 2011 and she had no information regarding the status of his first marriage. The only thing she knew was that her husband had divorced his first wife, but later on she came to know that he had not divorced his first wife.
The accused has been booked under IPC sections 376 (rape), 419 (cheating by personation), 496 (marrying fraudulently) and 498 (A) (subjecting wife to cruelty).
The police are still investigating into the matter.

A complaint lodged with the police on Saturday.

The complainant later got married and settled in Karnataka two years ago. But Garg allegedly continued stalking and making calls and sending texts to her.
She told her husband and subsequently filed a complaint after which Garg was booked.

DRDE scientist charged with stalking researcher – Times of India

According to complaint lodged with the police on Saturday, scientist Prabhat Garg was harassing his fellow researcher for the last three years. She was in DRDE Gwalior in 2010 for research work, said police.
The complainant later got married and settled in Karnataka two years ago. But, Garg allegedly continued stalking her making calls and sending texts on her cellphone. She informed about it to her husband, and subsequently got a complaint lodged at the University road police station. Garg has been booked under Section 354 of IPC.
Superintendent of police (SP) Santosh Singh said case is being investigated and a team would be sent to Delhi to question Garg. Meanwhile, Garg’s father and wife reached university road police station and inquired about the case. Police have asked them to support the investigation.

भोपाल। मध्य प्रदेश के ग्वालियर स्थित रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास स्थापना (डीआरडीई) के वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक प्रभात गर्ग पर एक शोधार्थी से छेड़छाड़ करने का आरोप लगा है। पुलिस ने पीड़िता की शिकायत पर प्रकरण दर्ज कर लिया है। डीआरडीई रक्षा शोध एवं विकास संगठन संगठन (डीआरडीओ) की एक प्रयोगशाला है, जिसका गठन डीआरडीओ के जीवन विज्ञान निदेशालय के तहत किया गया है। डीआरडीई जहरीले रसायन और जैविक एजेंट पर शोध करती है। पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार एक विवाहित युवती ने शनिवार की रात को अपने परिजनों के साथ विश्वविद्यालय थाना पहुंचकर छेड़छाड़ की शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस शिकायत में कहा गया है कि वह वर्ष 2010-11 में डीआरडीई में शोधार्थी के तौर पर कार्य करने आई थी। तब प्रभात गर्ग ने उससे कई बार छेड़छाड़ की थी। शिकायत में आगे कहा गया है कि उसकी कर्नाटक में शादी हुई और वह वहां चली गई, इसके बावजूद गर्ग ने उसे फोन किए और ब्लैक मेल करने की धमकी दी। इस स्थिति से उसने अपने परजनों को बताया और उनके साथ ग्वालियर पहुंचकर रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई। अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक वीरेंद्र जैन ने रविवार को बताया है कि पीड़िता की शिकायत पर गर्ग के खिलाफ प्रकरण दर्ज कर लिया गया है। गर्ग फिलहाल ग्वालियर में नहीं है, पुलिस उनकी तलाशी कर रही है।

ग्वालियर। मध्यप्रदेश के ग्वालियर स्थित रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास प्रतिष्ठान (डीआरडीई) की पूर्व छात्रा के साथ छेड़छाड़ के मामले में एक वैज्ञानिक पर मामला दर्ज करने के बाद उसकी तलाश शुरू कर दी गई है। पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार डीआरडीई में पदस्थ वैज्ञानिक प्रभात गर्ग पर शनिवार को विश्वविद्यालय थाना पुलिस ने पीड़िता के पति की शिकायत पर छेड़छाड़ और जान से मारने की धमकी देने का मामला दर्ज किया।
आरोपी वैज्ञानिक के अवकाश पर हैं और उनका मोबाइल फोन बंद मिल रहा है। इसके बाद उनकी तलाश के लिए पुलिस प्रशासन ने अलग-अलग जांच दल गठित कर दिए हैं। आरोप के मुताबिक वैज्ञानिक मई 2010 में डीआरडीई में प्रशिक्षण लेने आई एक छात्रा के साथ छेड़छाड़ करता था। आरोपी उसे अक्सर धमकाते हुए परेशान भी करता था।
दो साल पहले छात्रा का विवाह होने के बाद वह कर्नाटक चली गई। हाल ही में आरोपी ने उसे फोन करके उस पर ग्वालियर आने के लिए दवाब डाला। इसके बाद पीड़िता ने इसकी जानकारी अपने पति को दी और फिर वह पति के साथ यहां पहुंची। दरअसल छात्रा के पिता नहीं थे। आरोपी ने छात्रा को मुश्किल हालातों से निकालने के नाम पर उसकी मदद की और इसके चलते वह छात्रा के घर भी आने-जाने लगा था। इसी दौरान उसने छेड़छाड़ शुरू कर दी थी।
DRDE साइंटिस्ट ने की छात्रा से छेड़छाड़? मामला दर्ज

डिफेंस रिसर्च ऐंड डिवेलपमेंट इस्टैब्लिशमेंट (डीआरडीई) के एक साइंटिस्ट पर एक छात्रा ने छेड़छाड़ का आरोप लगाया है। छात्रा द्वारा शनिवार को पुलिस में की गई शिकायत के मुताबिक 2010-11 के दौरान प्रॉजेक्ट कार्य के दौरान साइंटिस्ट ने उससे छेड़छाड़ की थी।
पुलिस में दर्ज की गई शिकायत में पीड़िता ने कहा है कि वह 2010-11 में डीआरडीई में प्रॉजेक्ट वर्क करने आई थी और साइंटिस्ट प्रभात गर्ग की गाइडेंस में अपना काम कर रही थी। इसी दौरान गर्ग ने उससे छेड़छाड़ शुरू कर दी और शारीरिक संबंध कायम करने का दबाव बनाने लगा। अपना भविष्य खराब होने के डर से वह लगभग दो साल तक सब सहती रही। पीड़िता ने अपनी शिकायत में कहा है कि दबाव बढ़ने पर उसने प्रॉजेक्ट वर्क अधूरा छोड़कर शादी कर ली और कर्नाटक के हासन में रहने लगी।
पीड़िता ने कहा है कि आरोपी साइंटिस्ट ने वहां भी उसका पीछा नहीं छोड़ा और चिट्ठी के जरिए संबंध बनाने के लिए धमकाते हुए ब्लैकमेल करने की कोशिश की। साइंटिस्ट की इस हरकत से परेशान होकर उसने इसकी जानकारी अपने पति को दी।
पीड़िता ने कहा, ‘यही वजह है कि मैं अपने पति के साथ ग्वालियर आकर पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज करा रही हूं।’
ग्वालियर रेंज के आईजी आदर्श कटियार ने शनिवार को कहा कि यूनिवर्सिटी पुलिस थाना ने पीड़िता की शिकायत पर एफआईआर दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। आरोपी साइंटिस्ट गर्ग के घर पर नहीं मिलने पर उसे नोटिस भेजा गया है।
डीआरडीओ की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में हुआ ‘झोल’

देहरादून में रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन में भर्ती प्रक्रिया में अनियमितता के आरोप पर दी शिकायत सीवीसी ने दर्ज कर ली है।
844 पदों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया
सीवीसी को भेजी शिकायत में 844 पदों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया पर कई सवाल खड़े किये गए हैं।
आवेदन करने वाले लाखों अभ्यर्थियों के लिए अनिवार्य एसएसएस से पंजीकरण, परीक्षा केंद्रों के आवंटन में गड़बड़ी और हजारों आवेदन फॉर्म बिना कारण निरस्त करने जैसे आरोप सीवीसी को देहरादून से भेजी शिकायत में लगाए गए हैं।
डीआरडीओ के सेंटर फॉर पर्सनल टेलेंट मैनेजमेंट (सेपटेम) के माध्यम से मई 2013 में 844 पद निकाले गए। सेपटेम प्रवेश परीक्षा 25 अगस्त को आयोजित करवा चुका है जबकि परीक्षा परिणाम अभी घोषित नहीं किया गया है।
सीवीओ को 26 अक्टूबर 2012 को भेजी शिकायत में सेपटेम पर कई आरोप लगाये गए हैं। शिकायत में संलग्न दस्तावेजों में दिया है कि डाटा एंट्री का कार्य जिस निजी कंपनी को दिया गया था उसने फॉर्मों का डाटा गलत फीड किया जिससे रिजेक्ट हो गए।
परीक्षा के एसएमएस पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के लिए जिस निजी कंपनी को टेंडर दिया उसको टेंडर आवंटित करने की प्रक्रिया, आवेदन फॉर्म को रजिस्टर्ड डाक की जगह साधारण पोस्ट से मांगाया गया, जिससे अभ्यार्थी सुनिश्चित नहीं कर पाए की आवेदन क्यों निरस्त हुआ।
शिकायत दर्ज
अभ्यर्थियों के फॉर्म में भरे परीक्षा केंद्रों को बदल दिया गया, जिसको लेकर बड़ी संख्या में आपत्तियों के बाद दो बार संशोधित सूची निकाली गई। शिकायतकर्ता को सीवीसी ने अवगत करवाया है कि 30714/2013/विजलेंस संख्या से शिकायत दर्ज कर ली गई है।

The legality of this view has not been challenged in the relevant judicial forum so far.

Kindly refer to your first appeal reply appeal No 0116 letter No RTI/ 02/ 2091 /F /2013/0116 in which you provided the names of 7(seven) officials from DEAL, DRDO, Dehradun that their acquired Diploma via distance education that is not recognized from apex bodies like DCE/ACTIE etc.. Please refer your RTI reply No RTI/01/2091/P/2010/0166 dated 14th September 2012 signed by Sh Deepak Mishra, CPIO, DRDO Hqrs. So it is now established that these individuals were inducted corruptly.

Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect to Dr Prahalada, Vice Chancellor, DIAT, Pune. As per CPIO DRDO reply RTI/02/2091/C/2011 dated 27th Sep 2011 File No. CIC/LS/A12011/000412 para (d) Dr. Prahiada, CC R&D (Ae& SI) & DS, DRDO HQrs availed DRDO guest house facility in Delhi from 26 Mar 2010 to 20 Mar 2011. But the fact is Dr. Prahiada, CC R&D (Ae& SI) & DS, DRDO HQrs availed DRDO guest house facility since 2005 after his posting from DRDL, Hyderabad. As per DRDO Hqrs telephone Directory from 2005 to 2010 Dr. Prahiada’s residence showed C-7, DRDO Guest House Qutab Enclave, New Delhi.
- Please provide the copy the document/ noting / any written paper received by CPIO, DRDO Hqrs from establishment in respect to Dr. Prahiada’s stay in DRDO guest house since 26th Mar 2010 to 20th Mar 2011
- Please provide total amount that was recovered from Dr. Prahiada.
- Copy of disciplinary action taken against Dr. Prahiada for illegally claimed HRA, if any.
- Residence proof of Dr. Prahiada which he produced to JCDA for availing HRA since his posting to DRDO Hqrs in 2005.

As you are aware recently Defence Minister issued charge sheet to Dr A K Tyagi in connection to his involvement in DIAT library procurement. Dr Prahalada, Vice Chancellor, DIAT, Pune extended all help to Dr A K Tyagi for manipulation of documents, like when I sought information regarding the DIAT library the very next day Dr A K Tyagi visited DIAT on temporary duty in the name of RTI awareness program etc. It is only due to as CPIO, DRDO Hqrs Dr A K Tyagi provided false information of Dr. Prahiada’s stay in DRDO guest house and Dr. Prahlada was able to digest poor tax payer’s money (4 years HRA).
